5/5 All done!

This morning I woke up with a new ailment, I couldn't straighten my left knee, I still can't actually, I don't know why. It give out and hurts if I straighten it a put weight on it.

I've been hobbling around all day.

I wrote my aquatics exam at 1:30, and it was super easy, it was just as I had expected.

After the exam I was in no mood to study for my ichs and herps exam. Jenina was done and very excited to go home, we chatted and we listened to old school music and it was nice.
Then Liz and Katie and Jer arrived an I made nachos and hobbled off to my last exam

The exam was not as bad as I was expecting, but it was still not awesome. I really should have studied more but it is done

I'm all done 5/5 my semester ends today and i fly home in the morning. I have to be up at 5:30 to catch my 7am flight. Should be fun hobbling around with luggage.

This will likely be my last post of 2012, I only have three semesters left in my degree, it's crazy to think about.

2 more exams, 2 more sleeps

So this mining I woke up and I was feeling better in comparison to yesterday, but in comparison to a healthy and active twenty year old, I'm not doing well.

I got up, had breakfast and a shower and such and then I had a nice phone conversation with my mother and then I went to my room to tidy and to pack and that went well. I procrastinated until 3 and then it was back to studying an it was slow going
My neck and back are still killing me though my neck has a relaxed a bit, I'm pretty sure the pain is stressed induced, as a similar pain arose last year around the same time.

I'm doing some more review and watching Liz play the sims, I will be going to bed around 11ish and then get up in the morning to study more and at this time tomorrow I'll be done my exams and just waiting to go home

A little late but yesterday I was a dead to the world.

Slept horribly, felt horrible, didn't study and spent most of my day in bed.

I was supposed to get a good nights sleep last night and sadly that did not happen, but I was still up at 9.
I had breakfast and reviewed cell and molec. Then I showered followed by more review.
Around lung time I was not feeling the studying. I ate lunch and tries to review. Liz eventually emerged from her room and we chatted for a bit before I had to leave for my exam.


The exam was no fun, it was harder than I was expecting and had so much writing, I think I'll end up with a B+ in the course, which kind of sucks because I was hoping for at least an A- oh well nothing I can do now and at least now I am done with cell and molec forever muhahahaha.

After my exam I started reviewing for my forensic anthro final that I have tomorrow and I did a bit of that and then Katie came over and Liz emerged from her room and we decided to go get some dinner and Jenina was going to ti come along and we were also going to goto London drugs

At around 6 we left and went to red robin and I had a Mediterranean chicken burger and fries and it was really yummy and my whole meal and tip cost me less than 10$ because I still had some money left of the gift card Dan have me, after dinner we went to London drugs and I got some hair stuff and Katie got hair stuff and make up and stuff, Jenina got nail polish and some tinted burts bees lip balm stuff, Liz almost walked out with nothing, but then ended up buying the sims3, and she is currently installing it on her computer. Lucky Liz being done her exams.

Anyways I plan on reading over my notes once more and then getting ready for bed and hopefully getting a good nights sleep before my exam tomorrow.

So today I wrote my first exam in the afternoon, so I spent my morning studying and the exam went okay. It was ornimam so I was expecting to do super awesome but there were things that I just didn't know enough about.
I was hoping for an A+ but now I'm thinking I'll be lucky if I get an A.
Oh well it's done now.

After my exam I studied for my cell and molec exam that I have tomorrow afternoon and then I had dinner and cleaned the oven and painted my toes and fingers while watching the big bang theory with Jenina

Other than that I haven't done much this evening, though Jenina Liz and I did spend some time talking about things we used to wear when we were younger and it was quite hilarious

Today was all my daddy's birthday, so happy birthday to the bet dad in the world :)

Anyways it is way too late and I have to be up early to study and prep for my exam tomorrow, so that's all folks

Getting closer to home

Everyday I wake up I am one day closer to home. I slept in a little bit this morning.

I got up and started studying and then at around 12:30, I got a text from Elaine asking to study ornimam and I went down to the school at 1:30 to meet with her and Gina and the studying went okayish and then eventually we went to the moose for wings and such and I ended up meeting a bunch of other people and I was the odd one out, but it was nice

After that I was supposed to study more and I ended up watching life of mammals clips which was kind of like studying and now I'm hanging with Katie and I will be hitting the hay early

A week from today, I will be home.

This morning I was up at 8:30 and texted Katie wishing her goodluck on her exam that she had at 9. I got out of bed around 9 and had breakfast and studied until 10:30ish and then I went to the gym with Katie.

I had a really good workout and we came back to Rez and Liz had gotten us startbucks :) it was yummy. I had lunch and I was talking with Liz making so Garlic Toast, when Amy, My elusive 4th roommate came it with a shopping cart and was clearing out her stuff. I guess she's moving out although you would think that she would at least bye like "Hey, I'm moving out"
I hope we dont get a 4th roomie in january, jenina and I want a tea cupboard.

After lunch and some more studying, i took a a shower and studied more with Katie and Liz, then it was dinner, followed by completing my studying list for the day, and I made a christmas list to give dan which was really hard.

Now I'm watching the new girl with Jenina and Liz.
Should be good, and I'll be off to bed soon.

8 Days until home :)

This morning I woke up and I was feeling better, much less of a downer today.
I accomplished everything that was on my to do list by 2pm and I had breakfast and lunch in that time. I did all of this before my roommmates even emerged from their rooms, though I found out later that Liz actually left last night.

After I was done studying I wanted to go to the gym. I texted Liz and no response, I texted Katie and no response and then I texted Kristy and asked her to fly up to PG and go to the gym with me and no response, so I went to the gym alone.

Once at the gym, everyone responded with the same sort of reply, basically saying no which was fine as I was already there, and I was there for over an hour and it was really nice.

When I got back, I showered and then Katie came over and I helped her study and then I made hashbrowns, and a breakfast sandwich and the Katie left to go study more and I was lonely so I texted Liz who was supposed to be back around dinner time and she didn't respond, I have still yet to to receive a response :(

Eventually I decided to make banana bread and muffins, which are so yummy. then Katie came back and we are watching the Grinch who stole Christmas.

I will be going to bed soon as I have another busy day tomorrow.

Started off so good

This morning I was up and functional and showered by around 10, then i had breakfast and studied.

I finished my to do list by around two. And then I had my phone date with Dan's and it kind of didn't go so well.

I found out that my brother went put to get my dads surprise birthday gift and didn't even mention it to me and he for something I wouldn't have got. We bought my dad a new bed, well at least that was the idea, Daniel went and got a bed on Craigslist and then they brought It home and set it up to surprise dad so couldnt be apart of the surprise. Everyone else was there, except me so that kind of sucked. I also found out that my brothers are slowly driving my car into the ground and that the starter Is broken and who knows what else is wrong with it. Though in many ways I feel like i dont even have a car, I never drive it, I don't own it, so it's really not even mine.

All this stuff just got me questioning everything, my life my relationships and needless today I lost all motivation and crawled into bed. My day was kind of shot. I'm just not happy :(

1st Day of Studying For Finals

This morning I got up and I thought of going to the gym, but i wasnt feeling it so that didnt happen, and I ate some toast, and drank some tea and began to study, by taking Forensic Anthro Notes and it took awhile and my arm is killing me, but I did 20 pages of hand written notes, and I did that until about 4 o'clock

After that I did some less writing intensive studying, and then It was time for dinner and I had a garlic shrimp Cesar salad and some Garlic bread, and then a Pancake that Jenina made. Then I was watching some tv and taking a break from studying, I watched the worlds most deadly animals, and now I am watching the dog whisperer.

I finished my to do list for today, and I am hoping to go to bed soon and get a good nights sleep and maybe go to the gym in the morning and to study lots more tomorrow. It's finals time, and I have 10 days and 5 finals to get through before I get to go home.

I can hardly wait.
I miss home and I'm lonely, and when I'm stressed and lonely, I eat when I shouldn't which is not good. I need to stop that. Wish me luck in these next few days.

Last day of class!!

This morning I tried to sleep in, but Dan texted me before 9 which he usually does and we had a nice text talk and then I went back to asleep at got up at 10 and planned to shower but Liz beat me to the shower and she was in there awhile. I ended up showering at 10:30ish and then I had leftover overpriced nachos for breakfast ad then I took notes until class. My last classes went well

I got back my lab exam which I got like 84 on and my lab notebook also got marked and I got 91 so I was happy.
I also found out that because Melissa and I talked to our anthro prof about some misleading questions that everyone got an extra two marks on the midterm.
And adding ti the good news I found out that the $100 scholarship I won was actually a $200 scholarship.

After class it was back to rez and I did laundry and had a shitty dinner and studied with Katie and then Liz Katie and I played maro kart and then Jenina came home and we all played Mario party.
I came in second, Katie kicked butt, which was funny because she didn't know how to play.

Now it's late and I should go to bed because tomorrow I have lots to do and I would like To go to the gym in the morning

So I thought it was friday

This morning I was up early to go to my tutorial, and then my aquatics class which I spent catching up on aquatics terms and questions, and then class ended early which was nice as I was hungry.

Came back to Rez, at lunch, killed time and then went to the mail room at 1 to sell candy cane grams for two hours rather than doing my usual office hours.

I sold a few which is far better than none, but man was I cold.

After that I had my last Ichs and Herps class and I found out we dont have to know as much latin for the final which i am very thankful for. I think my chances at doing well are improving.

After class I went to Katie's and hung out with her and Liz and eventually jeremy showed up as did Kris and we all went down to the moose, Yay for 5th wheeling it up.

The moose was fun, until I got my bill. I got a drink and nachos with extra cheese and the extra cheese cost as much as my drink did which out me over budget which I was not happy about :(

Oh well now I know, always ask how much extra cheese is, or just dont bother.

After that I went back to rez with Katie and Kris, so I was only the 3rd wheel, and we watched Mama Mia, which was awesome. Liz and Jeremy really missed out, but apparently Jeremy didnt want to watch mama Mia, Crazy I know.

Anyways I was going to go to bed a little bit ago, but then liz and I looked up the pinky and the brain sound track which lead us to many other theme songs including:

I almost forgot

This morning i had some issues getting out of bed, the issues being that I was tired and warm and comfy and not in the mood to study.

But then Jeninas Alarm scared me into thinking that I had slept through my second alarm, when in fact it was goign to go off in 2 minutes, needless to say it got me out of bed.

I got dressed and the studying for my lab final began, following breakfast of course.

The studying went well and then there came lunch which was good, I had a bagel. and was going to continue with mys studies and then the next thing I knew the TV was on and the Bill Cunningham show was one, who is Bill Cunningham? I don`t know, but i can tell you his show is like Jerry Springer except with less girl on girl fights and more circular arguments where most people have word vomit and can't seem to stop talking. I couldn't look away and then when that was over this show came on and they were interviewing a Hermaphrodite and I was so interested, but then I had to go to class and missed all of the information, I have so many questions now that will go unanswered. :(

My class was good, and after class it was time for the last minute study before the lab Final.

At 3, the Lab Final began, and all in all it was a fair final and I think I did ok. Admittedly I did not know all the answers, but I felt like I knew a lot of the info that I needed to know and I was done and out of there by 4. No more Ornimam Labs, sad, and I mean that. I really enjoyed the labs.

After that I went back to rez and killed time on the computer before making dinner, and doing my dishes and then going off to my Last Forensic Anthro class. And we got our midterms back and I was not very happy. I got77% which isnt a bad mark, but I got 87% on the first midterm so in comparison, i did poorly. I guess now I have to study my ass off for the final and try and pull off and A or at least an A- in the course. Wish me luck as I am hoping to do the same thing for my other four finals.

After the class was over and done, I still had Rez council to go to. and It was kind of a pointless meeting and Montanna didnt show.... awesome, and ye she let Kealy know, but we had discussed informing everyone else when you wont be able to make it in case someone doesnt get the message, I guess that wasn't made clear. Oh well the meeting is done and I don't have to worry about Rez Council until next semester, except for the Candy Cane Grams that will be delivered next week, I hope that goes quickly.

I had a nice talk with my mom once I got back. I miss my mom. I look forward to seeing her in 13days! Thats right, I go Home in 13days!!! I should probably hit they Hay.

2 weeks till home

So today was a basic Tuesday
Aquatics sysyems
Followed by working on the last cell and molec assignment with kacie Angela and Sam and it was nice to get it done.
Them I was going ti watch how to train your Dragon while studying but that turned into eating lunch and watching the move oh we'll
Then came ichs and herps and it was an amusing lecture he actually made jokes.
We got our lab exams back and I got 84% which was awesome.

After That I had dinner and studied and hung out and watched the new girl and now I am having a nice chat with Katie and Liz and I will be going ti bed soon.

One lab exam done

This morning I had some problems getting out of bed, I planned on getting up at 830, and I didnt get out of bed until 930, but that's okay.

I studied a bit for my lab exam had breakfast and such and then at 11 I went to my lab exam and I think it went okay though I know I changed a right answer to a wrong one :( oh well

After my lab I went back to Rex and ended up going with Katie and Liz to the mall and I bought nothing, yay me.

After that I went to my cell and molec class and it ended early. Once back I made enchiladas for dinner and I went to get my prize from the green ras for do it in the dark, I got a notebook. I also won a hundred dollar sustainability scholarship from the contest as well.
I also brought Morganne some candy because she was feeling bad and stressed out and I hope they help her out.

After that I was supposed to study but that turned into watching YouTube with Liz and then taking out all the garbage and recycling and now Liz and Jenina and I are sitting in the living room decorating it and listening to christmas carols.

So in short my evening has been full or procrastination and I will have to make up for it tomorrow, but that is a okay as I had a nice relaxing evening which I think I needed.

I'm hoping that I'm not getting sick, my throats was really sore and it was feeling better but it's starting to hurt again.

The decorating is continuing with paper snowflakes, bed will follow soon.

A slightly productive Sunday

This morning I woke up and had some greek yogurt, and a banana and then I went to the gym and had an awesome workout and got back to have a really yummy salad for lunch and then I showered before going to my ornimam Lab review which was quite helpful and I feel as though I know more than I thought.

I stayed there for a few hours and returned to rez with the intention of studying for my ichs and herps lab exam which I have tomorrow at 11:30, but I ended up eating some snacks, drinking tea, and then making a Mexican style dinner, and then the Sex and the City move came on and it is quite a long movie, so I watched all of that with Jenina and Liz.

I was then going to study, but I have decided instead to go to bed soon and I'll wake up at 9 tomorrow and study more before the exam, and I am hoping that it goes well.


Oh I also won a prize from the Green RAs for do it in the dark that I will pick up tomorrow. I wonder what it is... I guess I will have to wait and find out.

An rather uneventful Saturday

This morning my alarm went off and I was in no mood to get out of bed, so I stayed in it awhile, which resulted in me not going to the gym and not being very productive in the morning. I eventually got out of bed and took a shower and then I did some studying, had lunch and by then it was 2:30, and I went down to meet Katie to go to Rez Challenge

Rez challenge was a sports day event thing and the turn out was better than last year, but still not great, we played a few random games and in the end because there were so few people, everyone got prizes. I got a box of nerds and a $15 cineplex giftcard, yay!

After Rez challenge I cleaned up my room and the livingroom and vacuumed and made dinner, and watched a lot of sex in the city, eventually I made my way to my room and changed the sheets on my bed, watched more sex and the city and I have been spending the past while looking at clothing and such online, I quite look forward to being able to shop when I'm home.

Anyways I don't have any plans for the rest of the night, so I'll probably just hit the hay early and hope that maybe tomorrow will be a little more interesting and productive.

Today was a rather mundane sort of day.

I got up, studied, ate, went to class just the usual stuff.
I bought myself a bag which I am really excited about and then after class I ate Dinner, and then Jenina and I went grocery shopping.

I had some new tea that Natasha bought me for christmas, it's called Hot Tobogan, and it's from David's Tea and it's super Yummy.

I had a phone date with Kristy, went to the TGIF, and then came back to have my phone date with Dan, and the reason this entry is short is that I want to get back into bed.

The Final Vlog has been Submitted

SO this morning I was in no mood to get out of bed, I didnt get home till late last night and falling asleep was no easy task. I was not happy camper when my alarm went off at 7:30 this morning, so I stayed in bed until 8, and then got up and got ready for class, it was a good thing my tutorial was postponed or I would have had to rush.

At my Cell&Molec Tutorial we got our midterms back and I did better that I was expecting, I got 80%, which is alright. I wont complain about that. After my short tutorial I went to an Ichs and Herps review lab and starred at dead preserved fish, amphibians and reptile for around 2.5 hours and I now do feel slightly more prepared for my lab final on monday, but I still have lots of studying to do.

After the review session, I went back to rez and had lunch and watched a bit of TV before I had to go to my office hours and 1 and I spent my office hours counting t-shirts and studying, not super eventful, and I had 3 people stop by and say Hi. When my Office hours were done 3, I went down to the school to wait for my 3:30 class and it was a shirt class because we did the course evaluations, so the lecture was only 30minutes long.

After class, I went back to rez and almost bought a bunch of stuff from bath and body works online, but I thought better of it and didn't purchase anything, the tax and shipping were just too much. After that I made dinner, and eventually went down to hang out with Katie and we had some nice chats and at 7, Liz had come as well, we went to the Pink Party, which was basically an event in rez promoting cervical and breast health, It was lots of fun, got lots of free things and learned a few things, but most of it was already aware of and it was short info session, we were back in our room before 8, and I kind of wasted the rest of my night, watching vlogs, missing Dan and just hanging out. I plan on going to bed soon as I am super tired and I would like to have a productive day tomorrow. So I Guess that's all folks.

Longest meeting ever.

So this morning I woke up late and had breakfast and then I made my final vlog for the do it in the dark challenge and then I showered and studied for my lab quiz and I went and saw Morganne for a bit.

Eventually at 1 I went down to the mailroom at the school and I got my package from my dad and Dan stuck some stuff in with the package as well so I got cheese and chocolate and a picture and peach penguins and awesome things.

I had my lab quiz and I did well on it and the rest of my lab was mostly waiting for them to set up the review which I only stayed at for a bit and then I went back to Rex and Jenina and I order a pizza and it was super yummy and I ate It fast and then went to class and we did not get our midterms back but we did get out early and then I had the longest meeting of my life.

I had circular conversations which the meeting was full of. It was just so long and stupid, and I'm glad that it's over.

But on another note, I'm at McDonald and I'm not eating anything, so proud of myself.

Today I went to my classes studied for my quiz, an I was lazy and didn't do much else. I ja plans but those didn't happen

What did happen is I went to see happy feet two with Katie Liz kris and Jeremy I was total fifth wheel but that's how I roll

22 days until home

So this morning I was woken up just before 9, because Dan was texting me on his first break so that was fine. I got out of bed around 9:30 and got dressed, and had breakfast and did my usual morning routine.

I studied for my lab quiz on Wednesday, and then I was off to my lab, which only lasted about an hour but I plan on going to the review on Thursday as well. After that it was lunch and then more lab quiz studying and lab exam prep and all that fun stuff.

At 3:30 I had my cell and molec class that ended early because we did course evaluations and I decided to ask my prof if he really was a werewolf on the anonymous evaluation, I wish there was a way that he could respond :)

After class I went back to Rez and hung out with Liz and Jenina who were both writing papers, I felt like I should have been writing a paper aswell, but I have none. Eventually Katie came over and then me Katie and Liz went out to go to Value Villages 50% off sale, and before getting there we went to Arby's for food and it was greasy meal, it kind of made me glad that I don't eat out very often, It's really not worth it.

Value Village was fun, I got earmuffs and fleece lined tights, and some tinsel and a shirt, though the shirt is shear so i need to get a shirt to wear underneath it. While at value village Jenina informed me that I won the 4th vlog challenge, so that means that I have won 2/4 vlogs, I am so stoked on life. I actaully really look forward to Making the 5th vlog which is due Thursday night, I have some ideas that I have been jotting down though the 3rd, 4th and 5th vlogs are all conveying similar ideas, relating to impacts. And I seem to be good at opening up and telling it like it is, apparently my last vlog was inspirational :)

Once back in Rez I called my dad to tell him the good news and tried on my earmuffs and tights and I plan on crawling into bed quite soon and maybe getting a good nights sleep.

Sunday night in

Today I was up at 930, made crepes for breakfast and then sent some emails and then I studied like all day.

Had lunch, tidied the living room

Studied made and submitted my vlog

Had dinner and then watched the nanny diaries with Katie and liZ.

All in all a lazy day. On another note it has been crazy windy all day. Also my abs chest and arms and legs hurt from the gym yesterday. I was going to do yoga today but I was too sore.

On a happy notes I'm home in 23days, I can't believe its so close until I go home, I can hardly wait.

Rez is partying it up tonight, but im not

This morning I was up at 9 and had pumpkin spice muffins for breakfast, and at about 930 I went out in the -19 weather to look for tracks and I was a successful outing, I saw some very neat tracks. I also learned how awesome the indescribably silence is when you are standing in a snowy wood alone. It was eyrie and relaxing at the same time.

After that I came back to Rez and emailed my prof about some of the tracks I found. I was unsure as to what they might be. I also started organizing the photos and such in my field notebook, then it was time for free French toast and the I relaxed for a bit and then went to the gym at noon and was there for an hour completely forgetting I has a meeting to go to at one, luckily I was not the only one who forgot and the meeting got pushed to 115 so I made it back from the gym and went to the meeting in gym clothes. I still have to send out the result from the meeting.

After that Katie stopped by to show me her new jacket and to say that she had been invited back to Kris's house in vanderhoof and I had grilled cheese and then Katie left and I showered and the my daddy called and I missed the call but called him back and we had a very nice chat.

Liz finally returned home, with Jeremy and they weren't here too long as Liz had to work at 5.

I did some notes and made a nice dinner and I have just be lying around,

Rez is so loud tonight and I hate it, I just want to relax and go to bed early but there is some crazy party down the hall and the people in the hallway areal loud, I wish I could beat them with a stick.

I'm quite tired and I don't know how late I'll be able to stay up, I hope the party people quiet their shit down or I will not be a happy camper.

Another Friday Night In

So this morning I wasn't a fan of getting out of bed, but I did and I had breakfast and tea and relax a bit and filled out my field notebook with the owling trip from yesterday and then I took a shower and I was studying by 11.

Studying was slow going, and at 12 I stopped for lunch and had an awesome salad and tater tots, yum :)

At 1:30 I had Ornimam and we had a guest Lecturer, Russ Dawson, who talked about mating systems and the thing that stuck out the most is that male ducks will basically gang band females, if you don't believe it, look it up, it's scary. I would not want to be a female duck.

After that I had an hour before my midterm and I studied some more and then at 3:30 it was time and I wrote the midterm is just over 30 minutes and I was not so happy about it, I don't think did very well :(

After that I returned to rez and waited around for free Pizza, and I got 4 pieces muhahahah though 3 of them were very small, after I ate I went on facebook on my phone and discovered something very exciting, I won the 3rd Vlog Competition, CRAZY, I didnt even like the Vlog that much and it won, so stoked, I won a flip camera thing and bragging rights, though now I have to work on the 4th Vlog to make it really good. I callled Dan to tell him the good news and he told my Dad and everyone was very excited, It was a Genuine "Oh My God" moment, Jenina seemed concerned until I told her what had happened.

I watched to win a Date with Tad Hamilton and various other shows and Hotel for dogs and basically just relaxed all night, Jenina made Pumpkin Muffins/cupcakes and I am very excited to eat one in the morning.

I thought that tonight I would be able to hang out with Katie and Liz, but they left at like 4, because Jeremy needed winter boots and then they were supposed to see the 7:30 show of the new twilight movie, but it was sold out and they got ticket for the 10:15 show so needless to say I wont be seeing them today :(

But man am I glad I didnt go, Silly Twilight people, I dont think I could justify seeing a bad movie that is a disgrace to all things mythological.

Anyways, it's late and I have bust day planned tomorrow and I am hoping to get up at a reasonable time and go looking for tracks :)

Oh boy is it getting colder

So Today was a day that started at -6, rose to 0, snowed alot and then went down to -12, right about the time I went out owling with my class.

This morning I was up early, got ready and went to my 8:30 tutorial, which the prof did not walk out of though today wasnt a full moon so that might explain why, rumour has it he's a werewolf, but who know's

After that I studied and studied during a lecture, had lunch, had my office hours, filmed stuff for my vlog for Do it in the Dark, and then went to my last class, Ichs and Herps and I was very pleased when I got my midterm back, I got 80%, I was very pleased considering thats around 11% higher than the first midterm :)

After that it was a short phone date with Dan while making dinner and then dinner and then making my vlog and then I layered up to go owling in the below freezing weather and sadly we saw know owls, but we did see two snowmobilers, YAY

I came back, finished my vlog and now I plan on unlayering, maybe taking a bath to warm up and then do my dishes, perhaps study a touch and then go to bed so I can hopefully get a good nights sleep.
I'm still waiting for that good nights sleep, hoping tonight will be the night.

And the days get colder and shorter

This morning I was up at 8:30 so I could shower and then get ready for my 10 o'clock class, and the class was it's usual boring self, but I studied for Forensic Anthro during the class, so I guess it was productive, and we got out early which was nice.

I went back to rez and had lunch and then I had to go and do Rez Life Surveys for 2 hours and it was cold and not a single person did the survey :(
but once again I did get some studying accomplished, I also learned it is very hard to turn pages with mittens, but at least I could somewhat feel my hands that way.

Then it was more studying and working on the Cell and Molec assignment with Sam and Angela and I finished it and submitted it so I wouldnt have to worry about it. After that it was Ichs and Herps and he talked so much today, my hand was cramping from writing :(

After class Liz and I Katie and I were going to go to the gym, I texted them and they said 5, and at 5 I went down to Katies and knocked and waited outside and then I texted them and they werent even on Rez :( So I went to the Gym alone, then ended up at the gym when I was leaving the gym, they came to find me and they found me leaving. Turns out they had lost track of time and didnt make it back to Rez, needless to say I got a workout and they didnt. We all went back to Rez together and they apologized, silly people, they should have mentioned that they werent on Rez.

Lucky for them I plan on going to the gym tomorrow too and I think Liz is coming, well hopefully, she is down at Jeremys right now and I plan on going to the gym around 9:30 tomorrow so I hope that she is here and good to go.

Anyways I'm going to go warm up my bed because I am cold and then I'll be going to sleep soon, hoping that I will get a better nights sleep.

29 Days till home!

So last night I had a horrible nights sleep, actually I dont think I can call it a nights sleep as it did not entail much sleep, I was feel nauseous most of the night, which really sucks, I'm hoping to get a better sleep tonight.

I tried to get up at 9, but I lay in bed awhile longer, and lounge about in my room until about 9:30 then I was up and had breakfast and started my cell and molec notes, and then at 11:30 I went to my lab which was kind of dull and boring, and I was leaving it in one hourish and then it was back to notes after some lunch. And I continued notes, and I did notes until I had to go off to my cell and molec class, which was awesome considering I had spent my day doing cell and molec notes and then there were more notes for me to do after class.

But right after class once back in Rez I made chicken strips and tater tots as I needed to eat quickly because I had a meeting in less than an hour and then when I was "cooking" Kealy came by and asked if I would mind if we could have then meeting later, and I said I didnt care as long as it wasn't too late. We ended up having the meeting at 9 and we didnt really discuss the things we were supposed to and it was over in 10 minutes, kind of pointless and now we have to have another meeting at 1pm this Saturday to do the things we were supposed to do today.


I am so tired that I feel like I am not making sense, I was sending texts to the wrong people and my words arent coming out right, and ugh I want a good nights sleep so bad. And I want even more to be home, 29 days. I can hardly wait.

Another day of studying

This morning I planned on getting uo at 9, but I reset my alarm for 10:30 after it went off and then a laid about in bed for a bit and texted Dan, and then I eventually got up and showered, and took my time getting dressed and then rather than studying I made Banana Muffins, because Dan told me to eat a muffin and I had none, and then I really wanted one so I had to make them, and they were so yummy, I had two for breakfast.

After that it was basically studying for the rest of my day. It was a cell and molec filled day and I still didnt get all my notes done :(
I tried, but failed, oh well I guess I'll have to keep at it tomorrow.

Another thing I did today was my second Vlog post for do it in the Dark. Katie and Liz Helped and it'a actually quite funny. I look forward to posting it tomorrow evening.

Apparently my hair is really big right now and now Katie is touching it to make it larger, I explained to katie and liz that after my hair is straightened and it returns to curly it usually rebels and becomes extra big, which is convenient when you need a pillow.

And liz is washing dishes and she is singing about it, because some times she sings about things and then her and katie just burst out laughing.

Apparently Katie playing with my hair is like she's discovered something that has just be discovered. Apparently my hair sticks out past my ears, and it can act as ear muffs, all i need is staples according to Liz, but apparently that is a joke, because that is painful.

Katie is still playing with my hair, oh wait she is done.

A kind of lonesome day

This morning I was up earlyish which was not fun considering I stayed up past 130 reading, but I finished the Help and it was really good, though I still have some questions about it, but I guess they will never be answered

I got out of bed eventually and organized some notes and put away some laundry and eventually went and made a breakfast sandwich for brunch and did notes for a few hours. Alone.

Then at 1 I went to college heights with Katie and Courtenay and I picked up my prescription which is good.

Once back in rez it was back notes and then eventually lost motivation and then at around 6 Devon picked me up and then we went and got Jenna and went to red robin for dinner which was yummy but I ate too much.

I got back to rez and I've been feeling rather lonesome, I miss home. I had a nice talk with my mom which made me want to go home even more, 31 more days to go

So it's kind of my friday...

This day has not been a very awesome one
This morning i was up at 7:30 to get ready to go to my tutorial at 8:30 and I got there and the prof got set up and then he asked the class a question like he normally does, and no one answered, which happens a lot and then rather than telling us, he goes on a rant about how if we dont care or try, he's not going to bother teaching us because he gets paid either way, I was not happy, he stormed out, and the sad thing was is I think I knew the answer, but I don't like to shout out answers in case I'm wrong, it was such a childish thing to do.

That was the start to a shitty day of nothingness
My next class was a waste of time, followed by 4 hours of res life surveys which wasn't too bad and at least I get paid, I then had to rush to my last class of the day which was kind of stressful, because I hate the idea of being late.

After that class I was back in Rez and I had to post a Vlog for do it in the Dark and I posted it wrong and had to repost it and then I couldnt edit it because my phone and my computer dont like each other and ahhh... too much stress

I then bought cheesecake ingredients with Liz and Jenina and we made cheesecake, and part way through I started talking to Dan, well I started being on the phone with Dan, and the cheesecake kind of went brown on top, and not cooked in the middle which is sad, but it will still taste good

I also have not been sleeping well, every night I toss and turn, and I cant get comfy and I cant relax and I just dont know what the hell is wrong with me, I just want a goodnights sleep.

Feeling the Stress

For some reason today I started to realize how stressed I am, the semester is coming to and end and I still have so many things to do and so little time and ahhhhhhh, I just need to get my shit together which likely wont happen until at the earliest tomorrow night because my tomorrow day is going to be a gone show and a half, it will be so crazy.

Anyways on to today.
So last night our toilet was having problems as we though we fixed it but filled out a maintenance request anyways and it was a good thing, because out toilet was messed up. Firstly I learned how to properly plug a toilet and snake a toilet, and many other plumber type things, and then we were basically told that they would have to remove our toilet and either try and fix it or we would get a new on.

At 10:30, Liz Katie and I were going to go to walmart to get some stuff and so that katie could return some RA stuff that she didnt need and we got to Liz's car and the automatic locks didnt work and then it wouldnt start and then I learned another thing this morning, and that was how to jump start a car which is something everyone should know how to do in theory and in practice, so we got a jump and went to micheals where the mistake was made to turn off the car, bad idea, it didnt start again, so then we went around trying to get someone to give us a jump and two middle aged women said that they didnt know how to jump a car and that thei husbands told them not to do it without them around, I hope I never become that dependent on a man. Finally Liz found a nice old man who came and helped us out, so I will give a shout out to the nice old men out there, Thanks nice old men!

After that we dropped Katie off and walmart to return stuff and went to canadian tire to see if they could help us but they had no time :( so Liz has an appointment tomorrow. when we got back to rez, Liz turned off the car and then tried to turn it back on and this time it worked so I'm 99% sure its the battery, but I guess she will find out tomorrow.
And for some reason i think that is where the stress I am feeling began, because that time was kind of wasted, and I should have been studying for the quiz I had today which i think i Did horribly on.

Anyways, the rest of my classes were not that eventful.
We did get a new toilet, yay! and it's awesome and clean and flushes amazingly well, to the point where it is almost scary.

I should probably be getting to be as tomorrow is going to be a crazy and hectic day, I am booked basically from 8:30-4:30 and I have to do a vlog tomorrow for Do it in the Dark and get is posted by midnight and I have to sort out my life.

Another lazy day

Today was a pretty average Monday, but this morning I got up earlier than normal and did yoga which was nice :) and then I studied until 11:30 when I had my lab which then went okay. We looked at frogs and snakes and salamanders

After the lab I had lunch and continued study and then procrastinate and then study and so on and so forth, oh I also learned that I will be making some money this week which will be nice :) though it meant I has to go to the bank, luckily I have an awesome roommate names Liz who gave me a ride to the bank after class :)

After that I made dinner and went to my exec meeting with my dinner and we talked about the usual stuff and then after that came more studying and Katie came over and we hung out and Adam stopped by, oh and funny story. At dinner I had a jar of artichokes that neither Liz or I could open so we took it down the hall and got Adam to open it, thanks Adam.

When Adam was visiting we talked about gaming and how Katie is concerned that kris might become al consumed with the new COD that is coming out tonight, but let's hope that doesn't happen.

Adam eventually left as Liz Katie and I did some homework and watched two broke girls followed by the new two and a half men.
We also decided to look at engagement rings, the one Liz wants its 11,000$$$$$ crazy, but it is really pretty.

I do plan on going to bed soon but not before Jenina Liz and I reorganize the freezers, which should be an adventure in itself.

P.s. eggnog chai lattes are surprisingly good

Got my yummy neocitron

So this morning I woke up feel a bit better, still sick, but no longer dizzy and nauseous

I finished my notes and then I went grocery shopping with Katie and Liz and spent too much money, but I did get the traditional neocitron that I know and I love

I spent the afternoon studying and watching tv which was good, but not as productive as I wish it would have been. At the 7 I went to a pot party that Katie was putting on and we painted pots and planted some seeds and it was nice and relaxing and I painted a pot for Fabris. It was very relaxing. I then went back to my room and had some neocitron and I plan on going to bed soon so I can get another good nights sleep and hopefully feel a bit better in the morning..

Dear body, please stop being sick and start to function normally

This morning I was woken up by my dad calling me to tell me how many air miles I has, I was a tad disorientated and felt kind of bad because our conversation ended very quickly and then I went back to bed and got out of bed eventually and has a bagel and tea for breakfast.

I was still not feeling well. I tried to show Katie and Liz how to budget, but we will have to wait and see how that goes.

I did manage to do notes for a few hours today but I started feeling worse and my head started killing me and I ended up going back to bed because it felt better and still feels better to be lying down that sitting or standing.

I did get out of bed to eat something for dinner and I think I will do it again to get some warm milk. Maybe that will make me feel better.

I really hope tomorrow I feel better because I bed to study my ass off for my ichs and herps midterm, I need to do way better on it than I did on the first one. So tomorrow no matter how j feel tomorrow I will be studying.

I plan on going to bed soon and I just hope I feel better in the morning

Still Sick

So this morning I tried to sleep in a bit, but that didn't work.

At 10:30 i met with my aquatics prof and ended up getting 2 more marks on my midterm bringing my mark up to an A+.

After that I had breakfast, chilled with Liz, studied, ate lunch and we then went to my ornimam midterm which i think i did okay on

After that I had cell and molec which ended early, then it was back to rez for dinner and we watched how to train your dragon which was awesome.

I did laundry.

Everyone went bowling but im sick and poor so i didnt and now im talking to dan and ill be going to bed soon.

Why am I not allowed to be healthy?
Every year I spend most of it being sick :(
I thought I was getting better, but I'm not. My temperature regulation is way off, This morning I woke up freezing and then by the time I left for class I was boiling and sweaty and then in my tutorial I was freezing again and it was just not pleasant.

After that I had aquatics systems and i spent that class studying for my ornimam midterm which I have tomorrow, and at the end of the class we go our midterms back and I did well, but not as well as I was expecting, so I have an appointment to go see my prof tomorrow to see if I can get any more marks.


After class I had lunch and spent my office hours studying and near the end I spent them procrastinating as I was loosing my ability to focus, and that ability to focus never came back

I had to go to Ichs and Herps and i learned that I have a lot to study this weekend for my midterm next week, so i hop I start feeling better soon

After class, Katie's mom was in town and got pizza, so I went to Katie's room and had pizza and I ate too much and then I tried to study, which didnt go well, and I texted Dan about our Date night and he didnt respond and then I took a quick shower because I was worried he would text me when I was in the shower, but it turns out I could have taken like a 24 hour shower because apparently Dan is going to the bar now :(
And the reason he didnt respond sooner was because he was teaching Ruhi which I forgot, but still tonight is supposed to be out date night and he goes to the bar last minute and it makes me sad.

I'm sick, and I just wanted to talk to my boyfriend and then go to bed, but that;s not happening

Too Windy, Far too Windy.

This morning I was up at 7am and my alarm confused me, I was unsure as to why it was going off so early, then I remembered that I was going birding at 8:15.

The birding trip was nice, but it was windy, so very windy, and I am not a fan of the wind, we almost lasted an hour, but no quite. I was back in Rez just before 10, and then I wanted to go to the gym, but not alone, and then no one would go with me, so I didn't go. I stayed at home and did yoga which was nice.

At noon, I had a meeting with Rob, which was alright, it didnt seem to have much purpose, but it happened and when it was over I went back to my room, and got ready for class and then I had my ornimam class and lab and the lab was done in an hour and after my Lab, Dan called me because he had received the package that I had sent him, and he was super excited and happy, which in turn made me very happy.

I came back to Rez and studied a little bit, and then I had dinner and I really did not want to go to my class at 6:30, but I did and we got to handle some human bones which was kind of cool.

After that was Rez council which was sort

An early entry, for a tired and sick Chanel

So this morning I was up around 8:30, not out of bed until about 9, I got dressed and had breakfast and did some final review for my Aquatics midterm which I had at 10, and I finished it in about 25minutes, and then I went back to rez and killed some time, and worked a but on my cell and molec assignment. but I didnt really get going on my assignment until Angela, Kacie and Sam came over and it was an annoying assignment, two of the questions were so awkwardly phrased which makes them way harder to answer.

After completing the assignment, we went to the farmers market and got some indian food which has not been sitting well in my tummy. I then chilled until my Ichs and Herps class at 330 and it was so hard to focus, I think I have a head cold, which is making the whole class thing rather difficult.

Once that class was over I had some tea and relxed before making some tofu and salad for dinner, which was quite yummy, I then did my dishes and spent a considerable amount of time cleaning my room, and my plan for the rest of the night is to shower and get to be early because I am going bird watching in the morning at 815 and I will need my rest.

Trick or eat

So this morning Liz and I were goon to go to the gym, but that didn't happen. Once again last night I did not sleep well. My head is just so congested it is making sleeping difficult and unpleasant.

Eventually I got up and had breakfast and took a shower And then I went to my fish lab at 1130 and that lasted just over an hour and then I came back to rez and tried to be productive which didn't got so well and then I made lunch and killed time until my cell and molec class which I struggled to pay Attention in and then when class was over I met with Liz and we went to the trick or eat pre meeting and had some pizza and at 6 we were on our trick or eating quest, and after two hours we returned and we has collected 117pounds of food. Not bad for a team of two little crayons. Since returning I have eaten too much candy and watched some tv and I plan on going to bed soon.

Im so tired i cant function properly

I had a horrible sleep last night, I felt congested which didn't make it easy to sleep And then also Jenina was in the bathroom quite frequently due to excessive amounts of drinking and I share a wall with the bathroom which is no fun.
Then this morning the garbage was picked up super early which again disturbed my sleep.

I got up at 1030 because we were supposed to start setting up for the haunted house at 11. I went down and checked it out as grabbed some pancakes from Courtenay who was doing a pancake breakfast and then I went back up to my room to eat and to get at least a little work done. And at 1 I went down to help with the set up as was there till 5. The sad thing is that everyone spent like 4 hours setting up and we put so much money into it and then we had so few people go through it. I really feel like I wasted the majority of my day.

After the haunted house was cleaned up which took like another hour. So until 6. Liz and I went to scope out our area for trick or eat tomorrow, but that ended quick because I was starving.

I came home and made tofu and orzo and salad which was yummy.

I did nothing with the rest of my day, I'm just so tired. I can't wait to go to sleep.

Oh the night of the Halloween Rugby Dance

So Today was a very un productive Day
I spent the morning baking and killing time and once again do absolutely nothing productive, well i guess I did prep a little bit for my Aquatics Midterm but Not really.

I also spent a big chunk of my day working on something that I hope will make Dan feel better, but i wont say any more in case theres a chance he decides to read my blog.

Today was also the first day it snowed and stuck, but it's all gone now.

Now on to the fun stuff:

So tonight was the night of the Halloween Rugby Dance and not as many people actually went this year, there was Me and Liz and Katie and Kris(Katies bf) and Dan and Cait and that was really it, no one else came, a lot of people were going to come, but then sold their tickets.

Now tonight was an interesting night, we hung out in our room getting ready, Liz and I were crayons Katie was a lady bug, Dan and Cait were firepeople and Kris has this wicked Warhammar inspired costume that he made, I can't even explain it, but it was awesome,

We caught the 10:30 bus down to the rollerdome and once we got there we checked our coats and then Katie and liz went and got drinks.
We did some dancing, though the Dj kind of sucked and didn't play good music, it was too much of the 80's, and people kept hitting on me, one guy was very persistent, both Liz and I told him know, and there was another guy who came up behind me and started grinding on me and I turned around and told him "I don't think so" he was not pleased and then accused me of saying that because of the colour of his skin (he was black) well little does he know, I mixed ethnicity and the colour of his skin had nothing to do with it, the fact was that I have a boyfriend and I don't need some creep of a guy grinding up on me. Guy needed to know that I was crayon with attitude and that they should really just step off. Later on Liz turned down the same guy who was once again not happy.

At one point during the night, we were by the bathroom and Katie was waiting to get in the bathroom, Liz was sitting in a chair and I was standing in front of her, and then these two guys, one of which was the creep who wouldnt leave Liz and I alone,started a fist fight and ended up plowing into me and then knocking liz and the chair she was on right over. I wanted to help Liz, but some muscly guy got the people off of her. we Were both fine, though my arm kind of hurts, part of me is hoping for a wicked bruise. Liz was so angry when this happened, she was yelling and wanted to punch them in the face but I told her that that would have been a bad Idea.

The guys got kicked out, thankfully.

We then went back to dancing to shitty music and at around 1 we all wanted to go home, Katie and Kris walked to CNC (where Kris Lives) and Liz and I caught the shuttle bus and when we were waiting for the bus there was another fight, this one way more intense, it was like two groups of people beating the shit out of people , they came busting out the doors, and I lead Liz away and it was kind of scary, and then we saw the bus and went and go on and shortly after. three of the guys who were in the fight ran by the bus, followed by security walking behind them. the other people in the fight ended up on our bus and they were pissed, but luckily there was no fighting on the bus.

We got home to find Jenina lying on the couch, I think she had a bit too much to drink tonight, hopefully she'll be alright.

Anyways there is probably more I could say, but I'm tired and I have stuff to do tomorrow( well later today)

So Once Again...


This morning I was up at 7, it was dark and very windy and the garbage truck decided to come at 6:45 so my last moments of sleep we interupted, which sucked.

At 8, I went Birding and I got to meet my profs dog which was awesome, he was such a sweetheart, Birding was unpleasant because it was so windy, my eyes were watering and my ears hurt, but we did see some cool things, like swans and eagles and ravens :) the trip was cut short due to bad weather.

once back in rez I showered and got into my halloween costume and then down to the school to meet up with Cassandra and Angela and Natasha and Kacie and 3/5 of us were in costume, Kacie and Angela did though dress up at ninjas before our first class which was good, though they did look a little odd, but I like people being in costume.

My classes seemed abnormally short today and my time not in class was not productive at all in terms of school related things. Oh well.

My final class ended early and with my prof offering two tickets to some blood ball with some people on the cast of True Blood, but I wasnt that into it and boy was Liz upset when I told her that I could have had tickets and I was a tad upset when I learned that they were like 80$$ tickets :(

Oh well.


After class it was adventure time. katie, Liz, Jenina and I went to walmart and saveon and the liquor store and the mall and I spent way too much money , but I now have lots of yummy food to eat, once we got back we ate and played a bit of mario kart and hung out and eventually Dan and I talked a little bit.
I feel bad, he's not a happy camper and things are just not going well for him, and I just wish there was something I could do. It makes me sad when he's sad.


Anyways I was supposed to be going to bed early but then I got distracted looking up how to make your own Princess Leia outfit and now I wanna make one, but I don't really have the time, so maybe I'll make one in the summer, also if I am every to wear the costume I have to get rid of my little love handles first, because Leia did not have love handles, but if I dont and it becomes a time when I will be princess Leia for halloween, I guess I will just be a more curvy version :) More to Love and to Gok at :P

I guess I should be getting to bed, I have a lot of sleep to catch up on

This morning my alarm went off and it was still dark :(
I was not so happy about that.

Then I went to class, and my prof was wearing a pink bra for breast cancer awareness and it was very amusing.

After that I had class and office hours and more class and dinner

Pet a Puppy and Sex ED

This morning I did not want to get out of bed, but eventually I did, and I got ready and ate breakfast and then I was going to go pet a puppy but I ended up in Katie's room studying, and then at noon we both went down to pet a puppy and we petted the puppies but it was so cold, so very cold. I soon went inside to get warm and to have lunch and to get my notes and such for class.

Then I went back down to pet a puppy, and saw an actually puppy named Bubba and he was an 8 week old English Mastif, he was such a cutie and he had wrinkly skin and I wanted to squish his face it was so cute.

at 1:30 I was in my Ornimam class where we started learning about migration and then after that I had the lab quiz and I think i got 16/20 which is alright but I feel like for the amount I studied I should have done better.

After the lab it was back to rez for dinner and then at 6:00 I went down to the school to wait for my 6:30 class which was supposed to be cancelled but it wasn't :(
I only stayed for an hour because I wanted to go to sex Ed at 8.

Sex Ed was fun, I didnt really learn much, but I got cool prizes and I had a fun time, and there was pizza but I didnt eat any.

After that was Rez Council, which was short, but the haunted house meeting afterwards was kind of long and dragged out and I still feel like we don't really know what we are doing which is not so good.

I just got back to my room and I plan on going to bed soon.
Oh on another note, Dan rear ended someone today, and by someone I mean a 5 ton truck, and his car was damaged but all the people were fine, which is good, but his car Max has quite a bit of damage which is not good.

October is nearing the end

49 days till home, and I can hardly believe it. October is almost done and that really only leaves November and then exams and then after that I only have 3 semesters left. What a crazy concept.

This morning I was up at 9, got ready and web to aquatics for 10 and once again a total bore fest and after class Angela, kacie, Sam and I worked on and I finished the cell and molec assignment and it felt nice to be done with that. Now I just have to focus the test of my time on the quiz in ornimam I have tomorrow.

The test of my afternoon was spent listening to bird calls and going over bird families and such.

Then it was off to ichs and herps where we got back our lab exams that we wrote yesterday and I got like a 74 which is okay I guess. I wish I had done better but oh we'll I will have another chance in november ti do better on both the midterm and the lab exam.

After ichs and herps I had dinner and studied birds and at about 8 I was bombarded and ended up at the thirsty moose. Liz, Morganne, Fabris, Karah, darrin Katie and I all went and it was sexy bingo night and I will never go on that night again, it was so loud and unpleasant and I got nachos which were yummy but they made me feel rather sick.

I got back to rez, and took and shower and now I'm getting ready for bed

Perhaps, slowly getting better

This morning I woke up and my throat was feeling quite a bit better, but the rest of me was not feeling so good. I spent the morning slowly getting ready and going over the material that was covered on my Lab exam that I had today. At 11:30 I had my Ichs and Herps Lab exam and it went okay I was there a long time.

Also during the exam I spilled a jar of fish, all over the place, it was kind of funny and also very gross.

After the exam I went back to Rez and ate and relaxed until my last class at 3:30, and that class ended early which was nice and I used the extra time to make Haunted House Posters and then I had dinner and went to my exec meeting, and then I studied a bit for my ornimam lab quiz on Wednesday and now I am having a phone date with Erica :)

After my date I plan on taking a shower, and tidying my room and then i plan on going to bed nice and early.

Dont seem to be getting any better

This morning I got out of bed close to 11. And I had breakfast and tried to drink some of the shitty neocitron which I only managed to drink half of and then I worked on homework that I tried to catch up on and I did that for a few hours while Nikki Katie Liz and Adam played Mario kart.

Then Liz and Katie took Nikki to the airport because she went bck down south to sfu today and when they left I went to bed and I haven't really lefty bed since. I talked to my dad for a bit and my mom and I have really just been trying to rest so I can hopefully feel better soon.

So Maybe going out wasn't such a good Idea last night

This morning I was woken up by Dan texting me and I didn`t respond right away I was tired and not feeling well at all, my head didnt feel good and I felt cold but sweaty which is an unpleasant feeling, eventually I got out of bed and I actually ened up going on quite a long adventure with Fabris.

We caught the bus around noon and went down town and we went to a little CAfe called Zoe`s for lunch and we had such good sandwiches, I had a greek one and Chai latte, and they were both delicious, after that we walked down to the farmer`s market which is now all indoor, we did not get anything but I saw some stuff I think my mom would really like for Christmas, so I might have to go back and get some things maybe next week. Then we went to Fort George Park and on our way we stopped off at a craft fair in a church, eventually we made it to the park to go bird watching, but there were not many birds I think the wind was keeping them away, but we did see a few things and I got some pictures of a squirrel. Then we walked the decently long way back to the bus stop by save-on and we went into save-on so I could get some medicine and I got neocitron and some benalyn, sadly the neocitron is a weird flavour, is says lemon, but it is not the lemon flavour that I know.

I got back around 3 and I was really not feeling well and I was supposed to be productive but that did not happen and then at 5 I did the Iron chef competition which was fun, but then the people who won broke the rule of only have one plate of food, which is sad and kind of upsets me, but until that point it was good times.
The secret ingredient was eggs and I made an Egg, lemon and vegetable stew and braised plums with custard and it was all delicious. and I lost, oh well.

After that I spent some time cleaning up the kitchen and I ate too much custard, and now my tummy is a little unhappy. I then discovered that the neocitron I bought has a funny taste but I have to drink it because I paid for it and it should help my throat feel better but it tastes yucky. I also took some medicine in hopes that I will soon feel better and now my plan is to shower and go to bed at a decent hour and hope that tomorrow will be a more productive day.

First night out

So Thai morning I woke up and I still had my headache which sucked, but I manages to shower and go to the SGU meeting with Morganne at 10am and it was a quick letting and quite different from the ones I went to last year.

After the meeting we hung out for a bit with Katie Nikki and kris and by we I mean Liz and I and we played Mario kart, that game is becoming quite the addiction.

I eventually has to go to class at 130 and it was an easy lecture about bats. And my other class for the day was cancelled so I went to staples to get printer ink and had a little phone chat with Dan.

When I got back I was supposed to do homework but that kind of didn't happen. I and dinner and ended up back down with Katie to play more Mario kart.

So enough it was time to get ready to go out and aftermath outfit changes I ended up wearing a purple dress that belonged to Liz and at 11:08 we busses down to the newly named club in pg, heartbreakers and it was all right. A little too much country and not enough young people dancing but it was fun times.

Now I am very tired though and my throat is killing worse than before and I really just need to go to bed.

I am not a Fan of Facing Keyoh

Today was an alright Day. I got up and took and shower and then Katie and Nikki came over to make waffles for breakfast and I ate LOTS of waffles and then we played Mario Kart and I was really bad at it today and then I tried switching up my character which was a horrible idea, Yoshi I will never leave you again.

Eventually I had to get ready for class, and my classes today were alright, Ornimam was typical and I didnt fail the lab exam from last week which is awesome, though I didnt do well either, but it's only worth two percent. Though I will have to study harder for the next one, which is going to involved learning 15 bird calls and like 25 families and their representative species, so it's obviously going to be a barrel of fun.

I got my Forensic Anthro midterm back and I did well I got 87 and the class average was 73, so I am very pleased considering the little effort I put into prepare for it and that I wrote it sleep deprived. We go out of class early and then Came Rez council and it was a short meeting, but it was followed by the Haunted House meeting which was quite long and I didn't get back to my room until 10:30 and then I did some computer stuff and then started writing and now I'm thinking I should get ready for bed because I want to go to the clinic in the morning because my Throat is really bothering me.

On a side note: for some reason I really miss Dan right now and I think it may be because today we didn't really communicate much, he worked 6am-2pm, and i have class from 1:30-9:20 and then I had my meeting and he went to bed when I was in my meeting so we didnt get to 'talk'

Nikki came to visit

This morning I was woken up by a text from Dan, luckily I got it not too long before my alarm was about to go off.

I went to class at 10 and it was so boring, so very boring. After class I went to the farmers market and got some butter chicken for lunch and it was super yummy and after that I took notes and more notes and then relaxed until my other class at 330.

After that class I went back to rex and Katie and Liz were in my room dying Katie's hair and playing mario kart and then I joined in and the when Katie was in the shower washing out the dye Liz and I played an it got a little intense, there was Alot is yelling.

Katie left and Liz went to class. I killed time and relaxed and then Liz came back and then Fabris came I visit and we played Mario Katy again and once Gagarin it got very intense and then Fabris left and we went down to visit Katie but she wasn't in here room so we went running around second floor calling her name and we eventually found her and then we hung out and then we went to the airport to get Nikki and I got to drive and it was exciting.

Now we are hanging out in Katie's room, but I'll be going to bed soon.

It just doesn't feel like Monday

All day I have been thinking it's the wrong day of the week, at one point I thought it was Friday....that was disappointing.

This morning I was up at 8 to get ready to go grocery shopping with Katie and Liz, we left at 9 and were back just after 10 and it was awesome to actually accomplish something before going to class. Also Katie got a free box of Halloween Candy for spending over 75$ though she bought some of my stuff to reach the amount, which reminds me that I have to figure out how much I owe her.

I went to my lab at 11:30 and it was a review lab, but it seemed rather pointless, I don't think reviewing is going to help me all that much with the lab exam next week, but hopefully I can do well on it as I did not do well on the midterm in that class, I'll be hopeful.

I left the lab in an hour and went back to Rez and to make lunch and to catch up on my to do list (which I have fallen behind on again) Then at 3:15, Liz and I walked down to our next class, not the same class, but classes at the same time.

My cell and molec class was alright, I didnt fall asleep and it finished a bit early :) Then once back at Rez I made breakfast for dinner, which consisted of a breakfast sandwich and some Greek Yogurt, which is amazing. I had a quick and easy dinner, because I had to go to my exec meeting at 6, and that went okay, part of me still feels like we don't really know what we are doing but hopefully no one else feels that way.

After Dinner, Katie Liz and I went going to go and get hair dye, for them not me, but then Kris surprised Katie and she bailed :(
We were how ever able to convince her and Kris to come along so we still got off Rez, but then when we got back they were going to come and play Mario Kart but they bailed :( and I felt bad because Jenina was going to study with a friend in our room, but they relocated when we said that we were going to play mario Kart. Oh well

Liz and I did end up playing mario Kart and i came in First, Liz came in 3rd, her last race did not go well and the easy computer beat her :( Poor Liz, oh well she'll kick butt next time.

Then I had a shower and I plan on painting my nails, Maybe, before bed.

Oh on a Happy Note, Dan found Kal, on a saddish note, Dan had to leave work early because his side was bothering him :(

A rather Dull Day

This morning I was woken up at 5am, because Keyoh's Fire alarm went off and I guess I shouldnt really complain, because at least I didn't have to get out bed for it, but it still sucked.

I got up for real at 9am, because Katy and Ryan and I were supposed to be making Samosas at 10, but that didn't happen. Ryan was sick and Katy was tired, and it got cancelled, so I was awake for no reason and I was tired, but I can't go back to sleep once I'm up and moving, so I sat and watched tv, eventually Katie and Liz made their way in, I guess that had a sleepover at Adams. Sounds like more fun that my Saturday night.

I did some homework and such and had lunch and then at 3 it was Rex Challenge, and it was a talent show and Pie eating contest and people actually are very talented, I had no talent and I did not ear pie, and I'm kind of glad I didn't, I would have been sick if I had.

After Rez Challenge I watched a bit of Tv and then I started making dinner and I had lemon garlic chicken and Quinoa and Salad for dinner and it was sooo delicious the chicken was soo good that I ate it all even though I planned on saving half of it for tomorrow.

At 7:30, we had a floor meeting, which was actually fun, and it had ice cream, so it was even better and there were even cherries on top of that :)

Then I went and hung out with Katie for a bit and Liz joined us after she dropped Jeremy off, and we just chilled for a bit and then I came up stairs to my room to get ready for bed. Katie, Liz and I are going grocery shipping in the morning and I'm tired and I need some rest or I will be grumpy tomorrow, which I don't want to be.

On a sadder note, apparently Dan can't find Kal at home, he thinks he's hiding somewhere outside scared. I hope he's okay, he knows nothing of the outside world and I just hop he hasn't gotten himself into trouble. But I will think positive, he should be back in the morning.

Another lame Night

So this morning I had no alarm set and was woken up with a text from Katie asking if I wanted to go to the gym around 9, and I said I did and we ended up going around 10, and we did a bit of cardio and chatted, it was nice bonding time.

After the gym I did homework and had lunch and update my phone software, and asked Fabris if she wanted to go bird watching later and she did so we decided to meet up at 4:30 and I did homework until then.

It was a nice bird watching session, we chatted and it was nice, we also planned to make samosas tomorrow morning with Ryan , which I am super stoked about :) Though I have to be at Fabris' at 10 which I am less stoked about but tomorrow is going to be a busy day with Rez challenge and such so we have to make samosas early if we want to make them at all.

After bird watching Fabris came over to get some neon clothing because her floors colour is neon, then she left and I made dinner and just relaxed, watched tv and sorted some coupons etc. The I watched A Cinderella Story and then Katie came over to visit, we were going to hang out earlier but she was down and Chris'.
While hanging with Katie I texted a few people back home and caught up at little bit with two of them which was nice, I miss home, and my friends back home.

After 10, Liz got home and her and Katie and I were supposed to hang out and we did for a little while until they got peer pressure into drinking with Adam, Dan, Ryan Christina etc. and I don't want to drink, i just wanted to hang out and play mario kart and chat, but that ended shortly and now I think I'm just going to get ready for bed, I'm tired and I have lots to do tomorrow and I still am in need of sleep.

I hope the people in Rez don't keep me awake

I'm also hoping that one of these days I'll be in an intense blog writing news because there are some things I would like to share, but I'm just not in the mood for typing it all out right now.

Friday night.

This morning I slept in.
And then I had breakfast and wrote out the notes that I was missing for ichs and herps.
I then had class at 1:30, and class went okay and then I killed an hour until my cell and molec class and cell and molec ended early which was nice.

I came back and played on the computer and ten I made an awesome dinner, I made curried turkey burgers and salad and it was soo delicious and then I watched some movies on tv.

Then I went down to hang out at Katie and courtenay's we made courtenay's hands into raptor claws with tap and colored them and then we went around and showed people her claws.

We hung out and then I went on rounds with them, and that Jacob kid who read my blog very enthusiastically said hi which was a little bit odd. And I hung out with security and such and then I decided that it was time for me to go back to my room and get ready for bed.

Today I will Actually write a post

This morning my alarm went off at 7am, and I did not want to get up, I turned it off and got out bed at 7:15 and then I got ready to go to the 8am Ornimam Lab so I could write the quiz that I couldn't write yesterday because I got back late yesterday.

The quiz did not go well, but It's done and over. After that I had my cell and molec tutorial and we got our midterms back and I did okay, I got 78, but the class average was 74 so I guess I shouldn't complain, we went over the midterm and then I got to go to my aquatics class which was a bore fest, but I got my midterm back in that class as well, and I did quite well, I got 90.8, which was pretty awesome considering I did not put very much effort into it.

After that I was starving and I went back to Rez to have lunch and I unpacked and tidied my room, and then I got ready and went to my office hours where I basically zoned in and out of consciousness.

I then went to my Ichs and Herps class where I got back another midterm and I thought that I had failed that midterm, but I didn't I got 69% and then when the class was over I caught the bus to go get groceries, because I needed food.

When I got back I made Walter McLellan's Seafood Chowder and it was soo good, Thanks Erica for the recipe. After dinner, I called Dan and we had an early chat because he now works day shift and he has to be up at like 5am, so he has to go to bed early.

After mine and Dan's chat I had a shower and brushed and flossed and now I am hanging with Liz and Adam and plan on going to bed soon.

So Friday I wrote my cell and molec midterm and it wasn't too bad, and then I had the long drive home and I drove from Williams lake to my house. We got in at about 2am, and then I dud not get a lot of sleep.

Dan I visited my mom yesterday at work. And then we went to lunch and we also had a fancy date night at the keg, we got dressed up and everything.

Dinner was delicious and after dinner was awesome. Then we watched the lion king when we got back, but I was too tired to sing along.

The rest of my weekend will bs spent with friends and family and the on Tuesday I get my braces off which is crazy to even think about

Today was not my day

This morning, I went to my cell and molec tutorial and we did a practice midterm which made me realize how unprepared I am for the real one tomorrow.

After the tutorial, I wrote my aquatics midterm and I was done in like 20minutes and it was quite easy which was nice considering I put little effort into studying.

The rest of my afternoon was spent studying for my ichs and Herps midterm which I had at 330, and it was a disaster, there were questions that I had no idea what to put down as an answer :(

After that I was sad and had little motivation to study for my cell and molec midterm tomorrow. But I did study, I Aldo packed up for tomorrow's trip home and my arm is cramping too much so I'm done for the night, but I'll get up in the morning and get started at a decent time. Liz and I also have to pack up the car.

I can't wait to be home.

2 more sleeps till home

This morning I was out of bed and nine and did my usual morning routine, and then I started studying and studies until 12 when I went down to the school to meet with Roy Rae about the field school to mexico, and sadly he still lack information, though he did say that it would likely be in July or August so it would not conflict with the cruise that Dan and I are going on so I Guess I can be excited about that now.

After meeting with Roy Rae, I met up with some people in my Ornimam class to do some final review before the midterm and then at 1:30 we had to write the midterm and it was quite fair and I think I got a minimum of 78-80% which is decent considering the amount of effort I put in and how stressed out I have been.

I spent my time between ornimam and the lab studying Ichs and Herps, and that is truly a midterm that I am scared to write, we just have to know so much information and Latin names and spelling counts and ahhh, so stressful. Anyways moving on.

My ornimam lab was alright, we got to look at owls and woodpeckers and humming birds, we also got our Lab Quizzes back and Erin (the prof) commented on the smiley faces that I put on my quiz and she noticed them on my midterm as well, she is the second prof who I have had comment on the them :)

After my lab I studied and studied some more and ate shitty carb loaded food until 6:30 when I had my Forensic Anthro class and on the break in the class I studied Ichs and Herps. The class finished a bit early and I managed to somewhat get everything together for the Rez council meeting and only Kealy and I attended, in terms of execs which is kind of not cool, but stuff happens. It was a short meeting, very short and I got back to rez and made curly fries (yay more carbs) and Angela come over to eat fries and to go over some Aquatic Systems stuff for the midterm tomorrow, which I am not very worried about especially in comparison to my Ichs and Herps midterm which is also tomorrow.

I was goin to stay up late and study, but I need sleep in order to function, so I will be off to bed very shortly and I'll be up bright and early for my cell and molec tutorial.

Doing it on the couch....

And by it I mean my blog :)

This morning I was up at 830, took a shower and got ready for class. And at 945 I walked down to the school with Liz and went to my aquatics class. I am really not a fan on my aquatics class, it's so boring and the prof is so hard to understand, and he was going over equations today and he doesn't show his work properly. His units are all wrong and frustrating

After class I went and bought bread from the farmers market to buy bread and then Liz and I went to walmart and I bought the lion king and we may have gone back to rez and watched it. There may have also been done singing along and quoting of the movie.

There was also much studying and note taking.

Followed by my ichs and Herps class and we finally finished the fish and started on the amphibians.

And then I came home and made perogies and then after that it was straight studying and note taking from 5-till almost 9. And I think I'm giving myself carpel tunnel. My arm hurts all the way up to my shoulder.

I'm done studying and I'm going to noe have a phone date with Dan

4 days till I got home

So the end of this week is approaching the end and I still have a lot to do.
I'll still not super Happy with Dan, but things will be fine.

This morning I was up around 9 to make breakfast and do a bit of studying before going to my lab at 11:30 and once again I spent like an hour and a half identifying fish, oh the joy it is. Though I m getting better at doing it which I suppose is a good sign, considering in a few weeks I will have to write a lab exam.

After my Lab I went ti Rez and made lunch at studied Ornimam until my Cell and Molec class, and yay me I didn't almost fall asleep in cell and molec. I still have lots of studying to do for that class though, but I am still struggling to regain my motivation.

After my class I came back to Rez and started painting my nails and then I had chili and garlic bread for dinner. After dinner, I had my rez council exec meeting and it was short and to the point, we panned out the meetings for the next two weeks as we will not be able to have our exec meeting next week.

After the meeting I finished up my nails and complete round one of my ornimam notes which consisted of going over all the lecture, tomorrow I will work on comparisons, and it was after this that my motivation started to slip away, and then I took a break and called my Daddy to get caught up on what was going on a home, sadly the roof is leaking :(

After talking with my Daddy I went back out to the living room where I had been studying with Katie and Liz and Read some Ichs and Herps notes and highlighted some stuff because I no longer felt like writing and then I got distracted my new shows on TV and basically just watched TV until now.

I plan on going to be shortly. That way I wont be tired tomorrow and I'll be able to get lots done. I am also excited for tomorrow because the lion king comes out on blue ray and DVD combo pack and I will be getting it :) SO stoked. I actually plan on giving it to Dan :), but I`ll probably take the DVD part back to school with me.

I can`t believe at this time on Friday I`ll be hopefully over half way home :)
I am excited, maybe not as excited as I have been, but the excitement is building.

Not an awesome day

This morning I had no idea that today would be so frustrating and stressful. It started out okay. I got up around 9 and had breakfast and started studying. At 115, Fabris and I went bird watching which was really nice, we saw tracks and scat and a squirrel. It was also a nice day, the sun was out and the air was crisp.

But the day did become stressful before I left on the walk with Fabris. Dan started texting me saying that he was with Steve and rikki and that they were going to book the cruise today and I explained that I might be taking a field course in the summer and I don't know when exactly it would be, so dan said that they would wait until I was home the weekend and this already began to frustrate me. Steve and rikki went from wanting a messy divorce yesterday to wanting to book a vacation today, to say that this took me by surprise would be an understatement.

I started studying again and then dan texts me saying that they book tickets and paid a deposit, I guess they really couldn't wait for my input, and now there a possibility that this cruise might conflict with the field course I want to take, which will suck. But there is nothing I can do and that really frustrates me. I had basically no say in the matter, also dan didn't tell me any info about the cruise, and he may have not done it because I was upset that hd had booked it but I don't know. Dan thought I was stressing about the money, but that I'd not an issue.

Now I'm not sure what to with myself. I list all motivation to study after thus and I basically wasted away the rest of my day, which only added to my stress because of the 4 midterms I have this week.

I haven't texted dan in like 5 hours, though he quite literally just texted me. I really font know what to do.

let's do this

This morning, I wanted to sleep in, I set no alarm and made no early morning plans. Sadly I was up at 7, for no reason, and I refused to get out of bed, and then after I few hours, I gave up on sleep and realized how much time I had wasted just lying there.

I got up and sent some emails and such, and ate some brunch. Liz came back from Jeremy's and we cleaned the kitchen including the stove/oven, and while doing that I found the wires that were missing from out element that doesn't work, which is sweet, we may actually be able to use all 4 elements now.

After cleaning the Kitchen, Fabris, Liz and I went bird watching in Forest of the world and it was nice, we saw moose tracks and hear squirrels and such, but surprising not as many birds as usual, maybe it's getting to cold, I better get out there and do more bird watching quick before theres nothing to watch or see.

After Bird watching, we went over to Fabris' to make Caramel Apple Cider cookies, while there Liz and I got quite involved in a puzzles that they were doing, and now I kind of want a puzzle, the cookies turned out alright and a 4:30 Liz and I went back to our room because Liz had to get ready for work, and I started doing homework and gave my mom a call and we had a nice chat. i look forward to see her and everyone else when i am home in a week.

I made a shrimp stirfry for dinner and then I spent the rest of my evening studying and watching Tv, I watched the movie Twitches, and some two and half men and family guy and futurama, all while studying ornimam.

Now Liz is home from work, and I think I'll probably relax a bit, then take a shower and go to bed.

one week until I'll be on my way home

Even though I was up late last night taking to dan I was up early this morning to go bird watching. I got up at 7 and got ready to go meet everyone for 8 down at the bus loop and we all piled into a convoy of cars and went to Macmillan park on the other side of the nechako river and it was nice, I really need to get out more and get more hours of bird watching, especially before it snows, I also have to email my prof with some questions which I think I will be doing after I finish this post.

After bird watching I came home and Liz and I made turkey soup and then Liz fake curled my hair and it's so pretty but it took so long, I thought I was going to be late for class, but I made it on time, I even managed to have time to get my notes printed out which was good. My ornimam class was short and we did a mini review of what we need to know for the midterm next class, which I am not too nervous about, yes I need to study, but the information is alright.

I had over an hour and a half to kill between classes which is never fun, I really wish all my classes were back to back, My cell and molec went through stages of me taking notes, then me falling asleep and then back to note taking, but I made it through and then I got to go back to rez and have SOUP with Liz.

I was thinking Liz and were going to have a girly night, but Jeremy came over.
After that not much happened, I read the help while sitting in the living room and Liz and Jeremy bickered a bit and Then watched football, well Jeremy watched, I don't think Liz is a fan of football.

Well that sums up my day, I know a lame Friday.

Now For some other stuff:
I feel lame, I have no desire to do things, I just want to relax and hang out with people I am not in a party mood, like I want to dress up and stuff but I don't really want to go anywhere and to be honest there isn't really anywhere to go in prince george when you are dressed up. I also feel lonely and I am not really a fan of being the third wheel to Liz and Jeremy, I like hanging out just Liz and I, and Katie :), but Katie went home for the weekend.

Anyways I think I'm going to talk to Dan in Hopes of feeling better

A Quickie because I'm on the phone

This morning I was up early for my cell & molec tutorial which was alright and after that was aquatics and that class made me want to kind kill myself. But I made it through

I then had lunch and my office hours, and they were not very productive, I read the help rather than studying.

I then went to Ichs and Herps and I am now really scared for the midterm :S
I hope I can pull it off


After class came dinner and hanging out with Katie while waiting for Liz to get out of class, so we could all go shopping.

Eventually we left to go bra shopping which was super fun :)

We then came home and had basically a fashion show and now im talking to Dan which is why this a short post

I feel like an alien life form is going to burst out of mt stomach

This will be a quick entry because I am in pain at the moment. My stomach is killing me :(

Today was a productive day. I completed my cell and molec Assignement and got the mark back from the first one and I hot 4.1/5 which was slightly above the average mark which is good.

I also studied for my ornimam quiz and ended up doing quite well, I think I got between 80 and 83% which is pretty solid.

Forensic anthropology is when my stomach started killing me and it continued through the Rez council meeting afterwards. But a funny thing happened at the meeting and that funny thing js this:
