Super Early Entry

The reason I am writing in my blog now is because I am done class for the day and I now plan to lie in bed and hopefully start to feel better or at least get better quickly.

The thing that sucks is that I want to rest so I get better so I can do better in my classes because I will be able to focus and such, but I also want to study and get work done which is hard to do when your sick, so I guess I have decided that today should be a rest day and maybe tomorrow will be more of a working day, but who knows it all depends on how I feel and right now I feel like I want to be in bed for a week, which sadly I can't do.

Anyways my day can be summed up quickly.
O Chem, I went I learned I manged to stay somewhat focused, then I went to the cafe for a bit with Erica, Kallie, Ryan, Liz and Fabris before going up to rez and reading two chapters in genetics, then I lied in bed till 4, got up, made tea and went to plant bio
Then I went to a bio meeting because of free pizza which was dumb, I wasn't even hungry and I was there for like 30minutes.

Now I am back in my room
I have made some neocitron and I plan on laying in bed for the rest of the night and sadly I can't Call Dan tonight, which sucks :(
But I'll survive.

So sadly I am getting sick

This morning I woke up feeling shitty, my throat was sore and I couldn't really talk, and I really did not want to get out of bed and go to class, I could have been in bed all day. I really don't wanna be getting sick. I hate how I always get sick at school at the worst time.
This time I am getting sick right before midterms and thanksgiving, why can't I get sick at better time or just not get sick at all, that would be nice.

Okay enough about me getting sick

This mornings ecology tutorial went well, it was over in half an hour and the assignment were given isn't die till nest week, but I came back to rez and completed it and emailed it in. I also bought a UNBC travel mug since I needed one and they were on sale, and since then it has been full of tea or neocitren (spelling was given by Erica) *Neocitron(thanks to Morganne)

My math lab sucked worse than Kandy(aka beverly) last friday night
and genetics sucked pretty hard too, ecology was okay and then I didn't go to stats so I could finish my to do list and rest up so i wont be sick for thanksgiving, I really hope to get better.

I also had dinner at 4 which was soo early and I have been snacking ever since, and then I went out with Kallie Erica and Fabris to get some grocery type things and I got some medicine that will hopefully make me better.

Also in other new it is now looking like we will have at least 14 people for thanksgiving dinner, which is alot of people and it's going to be a lot food and a lot of work and it's kinda stressing me out a bit and I feel like it should be way more organized than it is and I'm worried that it is going to turn into a huge disorganized catastrophe but I guess I will just wait and see, I just don't want it to consume my long weekend. I want to be able to enjoy it.

Anyways I'm going to go make some Neocitron (thanks for the spelling Morganne) and then get ready for bed.

6/8 things on my To Do list completed

I'd call that a rather productive day.

This morning I didn't do much before O chem, but in O chem I actually understood what was going on which is a nice feeling, And in O chem I found out the Kallie got Erica a plant that since then has been named Darnel and now resides in Erica's room.

Then Erica Tara and I went shopping, which was good because I needed to get myself some really food and try and get cooking again I feel like I haven't been eating properly, which is no good and after shopping I came back to Rez and was very productive until Plant Bio and the after plant Bio the productivity continued when I went to the Library!
I know shocking, Me at the library actually doing work and I did get my genetics assignment somewhat finished, I estimate a 27/40 which isn't good but at least I finished it. Then I came back and Erica and I went for a walk

and it was a long walk. We walked all the way down to 15th and Foothills and then all the way back up the hill, I feel soooo outta shape, but it was nice to get out and since I got out go some exercise I am now allowed to text my Dan when he gets off work which is good :)

We got back from the walk part way into glee, so we watched the rest and I ate a random assortment of food for a very late dinner. and Now I have showered and I feel like kicking back in bed and maybe watching some TV or if I'm feeling gutsy maybe even read for fun, but that's unlikely because I'm kinda tired

Not in the right mind set to be writing this

So I would like to tell you about my day, but all of a sudden I feel really frustrated and kinda angry, but I will do my best to encompass the events of my day, without getting to down.

Task one, identify and count all tree species in a 20m by 20m plot = success
Task two, identify all herbaceous plants in 5 small plots, each located further and further into the woods = success

Ecology = lots of writing, don't know if any of it was useful

1 hour break = accomplished nothing, ate a scone (thanks kallie)

Stats Class = handed in assignment, stayed awake amazingly

Return to room,
Give photos to Katy to edit because apparently people can't just deal with photos the way they are - Then Katy uploads them and tags a few and doesn't want me to tag the rest, so I'm not going to because whats the point in wasting my time.

While the photos are uploading we play a game of clue, which kinda sucked because no one was paying attention so it ended up taking forever, but on the plus side I won 5 dollars from Tara. But still it was alot of time spent on the game.

Now, I'm frustrated, angry and locked in my room and I don't know if my roommates even realize that I'm home, oh well. I'm not in any mood to talk to people, but hopefully this feeling will pass, and in the mean time I will see if I can get some things accomplished.

A day of being tired, and not doing much else

My sleep was so bad, I was awake like every hour and I didnt really get any rest, I finally gave up on sleep at 12, and I wasn't able to do much because I've been so tired all day and I can't nap.

I did also learn that I don't think I like my hair very much, I feel like it's too short and poofy.

Other than eating and trying to do homework the day was rather uneventful, until about 5:30 when we began to prepare for Rez Challenge which was at 6.
The First challenge was a Cheer off and an obstacle course.

We decided that we need to intimidate the competitors, we got all purpled up, but we werent that intimidating because there was only 6 of us to begin, 5 girls and Adam, and first it was looking bleak until a sea of purple arrived and we ended up with the most people from out floor and then we had the cheer and we came in second, but it should have been first because all the first floors did was copy the double rainbow thing from youtube, we at least had some creativity with our cheer. But we made up for the loss at the Cheer off by kicking butt on the obstacle course, we had a total power team and won the round robin and we had to go back to back while the other teams got breaks and we still kicked butt and we cheered on the other teams, and in the end we were in first place with 28 points and the 2nd place team only has 18, so this is a good start to the Rez Challenge year.

Though now I am super tired and my throat hurts from screaming but it was fun, but I really need some sleep.

I really wish I hadn't been so unproductive today, my list of things to do is getting longer and longer and midterms start in a week.

anyways I think I'm off to bed or at least off to try and be alittle productive.

The Jump Off!

Okay so I'm doing something a little different, I'm writing in my blog at 2 o'clock in the afternoon, but I have a reason for it, I want to write about what I did this morning so I have less to write tonight because I have no idea what condition I will be in.

So yesterday we had this great idea to goto the farmers market at 10, why 10? I have no idea, we could have all slept in but instead we all go up early, and went to the farmers market and when we left the weather was baddd, but it got better once we were down there. Sadly there were not nearly as many vendors down there today than there was last weekend, but it was still nice, I bought salsa and a london fog, so nothing super awesome. After the farmers market we drove to Save on to get some stuff for nachos tonight and then to the liquor store for more provisions for tonight.

Once back at Rez Erica and I wanted to go back to bed, but sadly as per usual my nap failed and and I basically just lied in bed...until now.

Anyways the plant for tonight is to straighten my hair, dress up nice, get our pre-drink on and then go to the jump off and I will hopefully be able to write about what happens later tonight and if not I will be sure to write in the morning.

So last night I was in no condition to write about the rest of my night So I guess I will do that now.

So after my napping and writing the beginning of this entry I didnt do too much, I showered and Katy Blow dried my hair straight and it was the hugest poof ball ever, it was kinda crazy and she suggested that one night I go out like that and who knows I probably will, then she braided it to keep it out of my face until Erica returned to straighten my hair for me. The blow drying took like maybe 10-15 minutes, I say this because I want to try and figure out how long my hair actually took. After this I sat around and did some knitting until eventually Erica returned home with Edna who is leaving well technically today and she bought use ice cream sandwiches, which we never ended up eating. Then the doing of my hair began and Erica spent like an hour or soo doing it and then it was decided that we needed to take a break to make nachos for dinner, so I had straight hair with a poof ball of hair on the top of my head, it was an awesome look.

For dinner we made some awesome nachos with cheese and spring onions and fake ground beef and then we had them with sour cream and some salsa that we had picked up at the farmers market and it was delicious and I kinda want some right now but i will control my urges.

After the delicious nachos we went back to doing my hair and after it was all straight katy cut off the dead end on my hair, but it was like a good 2 inches of hair if not more that got cut off and it looked really nice when it was straight and it felt super healthy, but now I'm not a huge fan of it. But it's just hair. And last night it looked really nice until is started to curl up. Anyways I must keep this story in order, after my hair was done Katy did kallie's hair, she had a nice little bump thing going on, I've never quite understood that look, but it looked cute, and Erica curled her hair a bit. Then Morganne came over and we were all going to figure out what we were going to wear. Which took awhile and we had Adam to tell us if we were looking good. I ended up in a shirt that can only be worn if you are having a small boob day, and apparently I was having one, and I wore that with jeans this cool tree necklace that i borrowed from erica and I wore my gladiator sandals. Kallie started off in a Hot red tank top and black skinny jeans and ended up in a pink frilly dress. Erica wore jeans and colourful new top. Kabris wore jeans and a shirt with a similar colour scheme to Ericas shirt that was mainly purple and blue. Morganne wore jeans and eventually ended up in a sweet red shirt. Liz wore a cute black dress and Katie wore jeans and cute blue shirt, anyways enough about what we were wearing.

After we were all dressed Dan came over and fabris cut his hair too, his looks nice today. And then the drinking and picture taking and silliness began and somehow it was decided that all the girls needed to have their pictures taken with Adam who was not going out. And Adam was having difficulties looking normal in the photos but some looked alright within in the first hour or so, I finished off a liter of Palmbays and a few shots and by the end of the night my shot total was 4 and yes I would say that i was drunk, but I remember the night so I wasn't too drunk. Everyone else minus adam was drinking quite a bit and it was announced to the world that I was drunk, I'm not the type to get drunk at school, but you gotta try things at least once.

There was alot of dancing and singing and drinking in our room and there were also a few girl conferences that were held in various bedrooms. It was also decided that it would be a No Scrubs night. A total ladies night, and at one point I may have said that I wanted to lure the boys in just so I could tell them no. :P

Eventually we caught the 11:08 bus down to the generator and we were all a little nervous that Kallie wouldnt get in and we were thrilled when she did. Then the chaos commenced, lots of dancing and lots of bad photos taken while dancing and my hair was no longer straight, due to the sweat it was starting to curl, but we were having some very good times. Then we needed and break from the dancing so we went up stairs and this guys approached Erica and I and I looked at Erica and said two words "No scrubs" and we knew we had to get rid of him and eventually he left.

Kallie and I returned to the Dance floor and then she started not feel very well and she wanted to go home so she went to go find someone else who wanted to go home and she ended up taking a cab with Liz, which was kinda sad but i was glad she didn't go home and they made it home safe and then I had to find everyone else and eventually I did and more dancing occurred and more bad photos. Then Erica and I danced into the crowd and ended up seeing many people that we knew, and having some good times, eventually we ended up at the edge of the dance floor and Erica was talking to people and thsi guy came up behind her and grabbed her hips, he wanted to dance with her and I looked at him and said "Sorry no scrubs" and there may have been a finger wave with that phrase and he got the picture and left.
The funny thing was that erica never saw the guy and when were waiting in line for coat check she asked said that he could have been her soulmate and I told her that I was sorry if he was but he looked creepy to me. Anyways we left around 2 and then we had to wait like 40 minutes for the bus and while waiting for the bus we wanted to order pizza and my Dan being super awesome found the number for me for the second time and we order the pizza so it would be delivered by the time we got the school. Also when at the bus stop my phone broke again and i couldn't find a piece of it, I looked everywhere and just when I was about to give up Erica offered to help look and she found it in like 2 seconds, and then I lost it again trying to put my phone back together and she had to find it again and then i got smart and gave up and put the piece into my satchel and I would fix it later.

Also while waiting for the bus I was beginning to feel not so well and I was cold and it was just not very fun, but I made it through the bus ride without getting sick and we had to wait like less than 10 minutes for our pizza and then Fabris, Erica and I sat in the hallway outside our room and ate pizza, well I actually lied on the floor and drank water and tried to eat pizza but it was making me feel kinda very sick which was not good. Eventually we all came inside and went to bed, and I had a horrible sleep, I actually feel like I didn't sleep at all.

Still feeling kind rough

Last night I was not up as late as I normally am on a Thursday night mainly because Dan and I were both tired and only talked until two rather than four. And this morning the wind woke me up.

Today was a rather unproductive Day, I went to genetics only to leave as soon as the prof got there and Kallie and I went to the library to work on our genetics assignments, which I guess is somewhat productive, but there was this girl who came with us was sooo annoying, I wanted to hurt her, but I didn't. Ecology was okay, and then after ecology I was once again not feeling very well and long story short rather than going to stats I went out to dinner with Erica and Katy at Whitespot, and it was delicious and we got Kallie and Morganne some dinner to go and we went to the bank and got a little lost in PG before going to the Liquor store to get some provisions for tomorrow night. Then we rushed back to rez so that we could go on the amphibian walk at 8, and we were a little late and we had to sign up and stuff and pay our Bio club fees.

The amphibian walk was awesome, we first found a long toed salamander and we named him Charles and I held him in my hand and he was soooo small. Then we continued adventuring and this little kid named Jamie was a toad catching machine, he caught many toads like Penelopy, Chet, Jane, Sharon, and many more. Jamie was the some of Mark who was the leader of the amphibian walk and he is quite involved at the school and he knows alot about salamanders and he's a pretty cool guy. There was also a spotted frog who never received a name. It was a very long walk, like 2 hours and now I am quite tired but I would do it again I got to hold and touch long toed salamanders, western toads and a spotted frog. When we got back to Rez there were snacks in the common lounge because it was games night so we went in there to get some snackage and then ventured up to our room and we were going to watch a movie but that's not happening I don't think, Katy went to be, Kallie is doing laundry, Erica is signing up for classes and Im just writing in my blog and thinking about making some hot chocolate.

And I think I will go do that now

So Today was kinda a scary day...

This morning I woke up feeling pretty good, and I lounge around doing nothing of importance until O Chem. And oh on the way down to O chem I bought the tickets for the jump off. Erica, Kallie, Katy and I are all going this Saturday along with a bunch of other people, Its gunna be a girls night and it's going to be awesome!

The after O chem I did some math homework and some O Chem homework, and then I got bored with school and I knit until plant Bio, and I sadly almost fell asleep in it, and after plant Bio Katy and I were going to donate blood and Adam drove us down because Adam is awesome.

And an interesting thing happened when were giving blood. So I was all hooked up and giving blood and Katy was across from me getting hooked up and then all of a sudden she said she started feeling sick so all of a sudden everyone rushed over to her and they tipped her chair back and placed cold towels on he head and wrists and everywhere and I was kinda concerned but then she was okay and things were going good.

Then my bag was filled in my record time of 8 minutes. and on a side note one guy next to me did his in 4 minutes, It was crazy. Anyways back to the story, so they took my needle out and I was holding the gauze on my arm and I was sitting there and then all of a sudden I started feeling a little nauseous, but I thought it would go away so I didn't say anything, eventually I reached a point when I thought I was going to throw up everywhere. So I finally said. "Umm excuse me, but I'm starting to feel a little nauseous" and then everyone rushed over to me and they tilted my chair back and they placed cold cloths on my wrists, neck, chest and head and they were talking to me and telling me to keep my eyes open which was so hard and I wanted to curl my legs up but they wouldn't let me, and I started feeling worse and they just kept telling me to stay awake and that I was going to be fine and that the feeling would go away, I thought it was never going to go away, but slowly I began to feel better and then they left me with the cool cloths. And I'm not going to lie, it was kind of scary, I've never been in shock, I've never passed out or even come close to it and it's a scary thing. After I started feeling better they told me that sometimes seeing a friend go into shock can cause it to happen to you and that made me feel a little better, but it was kind of embarrassing. And i wasn't allowed to get up for a very very long time, like I was finished giving blood way before Fabris was yet I had to stay there forever. And then when I was finally allowed to sit up they told me like 7 times that next time i needed to let them know I was feeling nauseous the instant it happens, rather than me being stupid and waiting to tell them. Then we sat a little while longer and then we left and I still wasn't feeling good, but Adam was awesome and he carried our bags for us.

Then once back at Rez we made perogies, and i've basically just been sitting around because I'm still not feeling well. But I will take this opportunity to say that I will give blood again even though I have now had a bad experience.

And I learned the awesomeness of facebook, I changed my status to "Chanel Namacoola Lewis almost passed out" and then in less than 5 minutes my phone rings and it was my Daddy who was concerned about my health and then I had to tell him the story and now I'm just chilling with a bunch of people in the living room and I'm writing in my blog early because I don't know how long I will stay up tonight and I wanted to make sure the passing out story was told.

Lack of sleep leads to a grumpy and Frustrated me...

This morning I woke up and I was sooo tired
But I had to goto class for 9:30 and considering it was an hour long tutorial about plagiarism, it wasn't that bad.

Then I had a two hour break and rather than being productive, I knit and watched tv and ate. I also got really frustrated with my genetics prof who didnt post the notes in time for me to print them.

This was the beginning of my frustration
Then I had to goto my math lab which is the dumbest thing ever, not only does my TA have a very strong accent, he also talks quietly and doesn't explain what he is doing, which makes it difficult to follow along, and then when you ask for help he makes you feel like an idiot and rather than just showing you the next step, he makes you redo all the previous steps even though you are in a rush to get to your next class.
Ugh
Then genetics was stupid, especially since I didn't get my notes, so I basically did not pay attention, and in Ecology I almost fell asleep and I actually like that class so it kinda sucked.

After that I went back to Rez and climbed into bed, and tried to nap, but as you know I can never really nap, I can just lye in bed. But i did decide not to go to math because I can fall asleep in that class and I knew that it would be a waste of time if I went.

I gave up on napping and made dinner, which I shared with fabris because she shared her curry with me the other night. Then I basically say around and knit.

On a slightly sad note, my floor did not win the penny wars but we did receive 5 points for raising the most money.

Anyways I don't want to be grumpy tomorrow so I should get to bed soon.

OUTBACK DANS BIRTHDAY

Classes were average,
I knit alot today and I am now over half way done the blanket that I am making

I went to the moose with Dan Adam Erica Katy and other, it sucked that Kallie couldn't go but I wasn't there long, but I had a bottlecap which was amazing. Then we watched the season premier of GLEE which was awesome and I can't wait until next week :)

Then we went down to 'outback' dan's room for drinking games, and we also met Beverly who is now called Kandy, she is a blow up doll that Dan got for his birthday and she it creepy.

Now the reason I am up so late and that this blog entry is short is because Erica and I were having a Best Friend talk, which was awesome.

So Umm I need sleep

Night!

Guess who's back? Back again, Erica's back. She's My friend!

So today started out normal. I had my plant bio lab at 8am, and i woke up and I was excited for the lab, but due to weather conditions we just ended up going to the edge of the forest and learned how to identify trees, which was cool, I actually learned alot, but it was quite cold and next week we have to do two labs in one which is going to be alot of work but i think i will enjoy it.

After my lab I had like 4 hours to kill till my next class since we got out of the lab so early.
The first thing I did was make tea because I was soooo cold. And the tea was delicious and warm and awesome, then I did some knitting and chilled until 12 when I went down to keep Katie company when she did the mail, not to mention I knew that I had a package coming and it came and I went and picked it up and inside was my teddy bear, my penis cake pan, a turkey baster, my visa card, flakes, a cadbury chocolate bar and some awesome cheese and a not from my father saying that the cheese and chocolate came from a "Fancy British Shop".

Then I went back to knitting and just around 1 someone walked in and from where I was sitting I couldn't see who it was so I said Hi and the ERICA popped her head around the corner and I freaked and hugged her and got really excited, I'm SO glad that she is back, we chatted and then I decided that we would surprise Kallie after class, But this meant I had to sit next to Kallie for 2 hours unable to share my excitement with her. I was so excited I almost cried in Genetics, but I held it together, long enough for the surprise to occur. Kallie screamed and grabbed Erica and said that she was never going to let her go, and then we had celebratory ice cream, and it was good,

Then I had to goto more classes which sucked and then I went to walmart with 'outback' Dan and Kallie. We got some stuff and then went to DQ to get a surprise roommate love ice cream cake, we got one with tinker bell on it that said "Flash it, Don't stab it" It was awesome. But sadly Katy Ruined part of the surprise by announcing that we had an ice cream cake with the megaphone out the window, I was kinda pissed. i wanted it to be a super surprise.

Then we had cake and watched how I met your mother, and then fabris went to a meeting and Kallie, Erica, Tara, Adam, 'outbakc' Dan and i posed for silly group photos which was soooo much fun. Before the silly photos the group of us creeped New Dan 2 aka My Dan's facebook profile and youtube account, and now everyone is SUPER excited to meet him. And I'm even more excite for him to come up, I wish it was October 8th already.

After this we went and picked some stuff from the community garden and when we got back we cleaned up and bit and then Fabris got home and we took roommate photos.

And that's basically it.

One more thing...
I AM SOOOOO HAPPY THAT ERICA IS BACK. Not only is she my roommate but she's my BEST-IE. Like even now I am still excited that she's back. I have much love for that girl <3

Watching Pants off Dance off while writing in my Blog

Today was supposed to be a day full of getting things done and I got a few things done, but it could have been better.

This morning I was up at 8 for no reason, and went back to bed.

Eventually I arose from bed and had left over waffles, and decided that I need to get things done today, since i did nothing school related on friday or saturday. However I got a little side tracked by the room next to us being opened up and us getting access to all the stuff people left behind last year. We also helped move it all to the common lounge so other people could take what they want. I got a few good things, Katy took in a huge hall of stuff.

Then I knew I had to actually get some work done, and I did get some things done, i finished my math assignment and did some O chem and wrote all my midterms and due dates onto my calendar, and my october and november are scary.

and then katy and I made this huge print out picture thing of Erica, Kallie her and I and we put it up in our hallway, its a little creepy though, but it's nice, kallie loved it, and we hope Erica will like it when she gets back, which will hopefully be soon. We Miss her.

Other than that, it was basically a chill day, people hanging out and lounging about. Not much to report.

Oh wait I had like a 3 minute shower which was kinda impressive.

SHINERAMA

This morning was an early one, I was up at 7 and I was able to watch the sunrise from my bedroom which was really pretty. And then somehow I managed to get dressed and eat something and Katy, Kallie, Morganne and I made it down to the school for 8am. Where we met up with the other members of SGU (students for a green university), not to mention the 350 other people who were volunteering with Shinerama today.

A little Background:
Shinerama is the largest nation wide post secondary charity event. Once a year students from various post secondary insinuations go out and shine shoes and whatever else they can to Raise money of Cystic Fibrosis. Now as you may know, most people don't wear shineable shoes anymore so I guess we are just collecters of money, but it was a huge event.

All the clubs at UNBC have to participate at Shinerama, you get a T-shirt and various shoe shining devices and everyone is sent to different locations in town. We got to goto the Farmers Market.

At first we felt kinda awkward because the rest of SGU rode their bikes down so it took them a little longer to get there, and they brought the bike powered blender, which is a blender that's blades turn due to the friction of the wheel against a rod that spins and can therefore make smoothies which was our tactic to help us raise money. We wandered for hours, collecting money, shining shoes, giving out balloons and stickers and such things. We also passed out smoothies although alot of people didn;t want them... They were kinda chunky, they tasted good, but didn't have a good texture.

We collected money until 12ish when our lunch was delivered by bicycle, and lunch was okay, they were premade sandwiches so not exactly a gourmet lunch, but we were starved so it was appreciated.

Then things started getting silly, we were having people juggle in a effort to raise money and then we thought it would be a good idea to catapult an orange using some bungee cords, in the end the orange exploded and bits went flying everywhere, and Mark got covered in Orange gunk.

*Side note: Today Mark told me that I have the perfect hair for dreds, good idea? bad idea?*

As the farmers market was wrapping up we weren't able to get as many donations, which kinda sucked. We did however make a smoothie containing Kale, apples, oranges, mango tofu, and a few other things and it tasted so good, but it looked like vomit, actual vomit. Anyways moving on from the vomit though I will come back to that.

We were all in a circle and the guys aka Cam, Ryan, Mark and a few other randoms wanted to plant hacky sack, but also we had not hacky sack, but what we did have were balloons, so we began to play hacky sack with a balloon which is something I can actually do, sadly the wind was not in out favour and the balloon kept blowing into this little raised garden that had people bikes leaning on it and our stuff was all being kept on the ledge of the garden and in the area around the garden,

Anyways finally the wind blew the balloon a little too close to the bike with the blender attached to it, which contained the Kale vomit smoothie and the bike was knocked over, as was the blender and a cup of coffee, and the smoothie ended up on the ground in a pile at the corner edge of this garden and sadly some of it ended up on a very nice girls bag, but she was cool with it. The funny thing was is that now the vomit smoothie looked like some one had actually puked it up on the street. True story.

Shortly after this incident we walked to the bus stop, by we I mean Kallie Katy and I. And on the way kallie accepted a flower from a strange man at the side of the road. Bad idea, he began to follow us and he shouted a few things and continued to follow until we ducked into the pool to use the washroom and to kind lose Kallie's little admirer. Once on the bus we all realized how tired we were and some naps on the bus may have occurred.

Once back in Rez it was shower time, and it was possibly the best shower ever. I did not want to get out but I had to because Katy had to shower after me. then we went down to the BBQ and closing ceremonies for Shinerama, and we raised over $11,000, which brings us that much closer to our goal of $17000 by December. After the BBQ we went back to our room to chill a bit.
There was some boy drama, but that's all I'm saying.

Eventually 'outback' Dan Cam and I did a liquor store run in Forest's car, which is a BEATER. I couldn't even open the passenger side door, 'outback' Dan had to open it from the inside. Now you may be wondering why I had to come along, the reason is that 'Outback' Dan is still a little baby and by that I mean 18, and then Cam came along which was good because I know nothing about buying beer so Cam made the selections and not only was I not ID'd I also got a sweet beer satchel capable of holding 24 beers, but it was technically 'outback' Dan's because he paid for the beer. The once back at Rez, we ended up in Adam's room and he had made dinner and we all shared it and it was SOOOO good and the best part was that we all ate it out a pot, 7 people one pot in a circle, it was the best way to eat it. then some KD was grabbed thanks to 'outback' Dan and he and cam went "Adventure walking" and we made KD and they got back just in time to share that too, and I should not have eaten that, I am still feeling overly full and that was awhile ago.

After the eating, I decided that pants were a bad idea and that I didn't want to wear them so i took of my jeans and put on a pair of boxers, so I could at least wander the halls, Also at this time there was a girl pep talk. We also decided that tonight our room would be a pants free room, which I was pleased with.

However eventually I did have to put on pants because we walked over to tara's to say hi and I didn't wanna be cold, but now I'm back and tired and I still have pants on, but not for long, it's PJ time and time to at least lye in bed and turn off my brain.

I can't wait to sleep in tomorrow, and now because I said that I will be up early and I wont be able to fall asleep after waking up...

You know you're cool when you stay home alone on a Friday Night

My sleep last night was shitty.
I was up till 3 talking on the phone, which I'm not complaining about.
But what I will complain about is that I was awake before Kallie's alarm went off, and she had class at 8, so she was up early and sadly so was I. I then tried to go back to sleep which never goes well, I was up again just before 8 and then my mom called me at 9:30, which I told her she could do, but it still kinda sucked because it was early and I wanted sleep. We didn't talk for very long and then I crawled back into bed, but now the sun was out and it was even harder to try and get some more sleep. Eventually I just gave up on sleep and dragged myself out of bed at like 11.

After I showered I felt a bit more awake, but I still felt kinda sleep deprived. Then I had to suffer through my genetics class and had to at least get through my Ecology class, and I did that successfully. Then I went back to Rez to have lunch because I was quite hungry. After lunch Fabris and I went shopping with Adam. I had to get some more calling cards because I seem to be going through them rather quickly.....

hmmm I wonder why that is?

Anyways we made it back to the school and I still had 45minutes before my stats class, which now I regret going to. The only thing I got out of that class was a numb butt, which is not very pleasant. After class I returned to my room and we found out that our RAs had got a case of pennies for Penny Wars.

I guess that needs some explanation. This week all the floors in Residence are having a Pennywar. The Goal is to collect as many pennies as possible, and you can sabotage other floors by putting non-penny forms of money into the other floors jars. So it's been a competitive week. Oh and all the proceed go to help in finding a cure for Cystic Fibrosis. Oh and tomorrow is SHINERAMA which is a charity event where you shine various things to raise money once again for Cystic Fibrosis, and I'll be helping out tomorrow morning at 8am, It should be a fun day

Anyways, back to today.

So we recruited some first years to go sabotage all other floors because if we had done it, they would have known which floor we were from and they could have retaliated. The contest ends tomorrow, and I hope we win, because we will get 10 Rez Challenge points if we do.

After the Sabotaging Fabris went somewhere and Kallie started getting ready to go out, she was going to try and get into the Rum Jungle and since she's not home yet, I assume that she got in which is good for her, she needs some time to let loose. I guess I could have gone with her but I didn't I decided to sit around and knit and watch some youtube videos, however my sitting on the couch doing nothing was interrupted as was my blog writing. Katy and Morganne Williams wanted me to go down to the Moose for a drink with them and I decided to actually go since I hadn't been there yet this year.

We go down and there are 4 other people there, it was soo empty and we sat down at a table and I got a long island ice tea and it was actually pretty good. We all sat and chatted about various things. Then people started coming and we decided to order some yam fries which were amazing and then this guy comes over and sits down next to me and he's introducing himself and asking us about our majors and where we live and such and then another guy wanders over and starts doing the same thing and finally one more guy does...it was strange and then they all left us and we didn't mind considering we all kinda looked like shit and some well dressed pretty girls showed up at the bar, so then we were feeling a bit underdressed.

Then all of a sudden I get put basically in a headlock from behind, and I find out that it's Than, and I guess that was his way of giving me a hug, but in a way I got him back because I'm pretty sure I accidentally drooled on his sweater, but it wasnt my fault, one of his arms went over my mouth, it was inevitable, then I said Hi and he said Hi and he wandered off.....Then more well dressed attractive people showed up and we took this as our cue to leave the Moose and head back up to Rez, where we hung out with Scott for a bit and now I'm finishing up my blog because I need to get to bed, I have and early morning tomorrow, well now technically today

Waffles!!!!!!!

So this morning I was awesome and I made delicious waffles, and I shared with my roomies and there are still a stack if waffles in the fridge that I'm hoping will be done by tomorrow.

I also had to hand in two assignments, and i think i aced one and did horribly on the other.

Then I had O Chem, which actually made sense for once, and then I had a very long break and in that break I had lunch, Kallie bought me a potine, because she is awesome. Then I watched some people play Hackie Sack, and headed back up to rez, where I did laundry and cleaned the kitchen and the living room. So our place did look nice and clean, though now it is probably back to being kinda messy.

And then I had Plant Bio, which was awesome and we got to do our plant puns, and they were awesomely hilarious I will now share them with you

Then something that was rather amusing, but sad happened.

It was 5:52 and our genetics assignment was due at 6, when Kallie realizes that she hasn't handed her assignment in yet, so she goes crazy and runs back into rez to get her assignment and then has to book it to the lab building to hand it in and she made is back with minutes to spare.

Then to sum the rest of my day up quickly
I folded laundry
went to the gym
had half a milkshake
had girl time
and did a few other things

And now I am on the phone with new Dan 2 or My Dan if you prefer and I should probably stop ignoring him and stop writing

The never ending Day

This morning I had to goto an ecology tutorial at 9:30 in the morning, which was kinda rough, and then I had a two hour break, and at this moment I don't really know what I did in those two hours, think I did some readings and some notes and such, and then at 12:30 I had to got a Math Lab which was sooo dumb and sooo long and it was in that class I realized how long the day was feeling.

Then I had genetics which sucked and it was boring and not helpful, and then ecology was alright after that. Then I was going to goto the Nucleus for chem help, but instead I went back to Rez, and did some more homework and things. I also had a snack to tie me over until dinner.

The I had stats, which was useless, and all I did while in this class was text people and think about the dinner I was going to have when I got back to my room. For dinner I had lemon garlic chicken and broccoli salad and this rice type item that has a name I can't remember, but it was all delicious.

Then I just lay around not doing much, and then people came over and we did some homework and we ALL skyped with Natalie, which was cool, and now Kallie, Katy, Adam, Cam and 'outback' Dan and I are all just sitting around waiting for the Rez council meeting that is at 9:30. And I don't wanna go, but I will because I should, and I don't think anything eventful is going to occur.

One of Those Days

Do you ever have it when you wake up in the morning with a feeling like something is going to go wrong, or that you have to contact someone for some reason. I had that feeling this morning. For some reason when I woke up I had a bad feeling that something was wrong or was going to be wrong with my dad, and I was concerned but I didn't wanna jump to any conclusions, so I sent him a text which he didn't respond to, and I ended up calling him late in the day to find out that he was fine, which was a relief.

More relief was found today when I found out that Erica will be returning, I was about to lose hope and give up, but now I know that she will be back. I wont go into details about where she is or why she has been gone so long because this is my blog and not hers.

Besides the minimal amount of class I had today, I also got some reading and notes done and made progress on a few assignments. I also learned that I am super scared of O chem, like it may kill me, and i have to Take the second half of the course next semester so I better get my act together and keep up with the class.

Even though O Chem was scary, Plant Bio was not, I love Jane Young, she is an awesome prof. and on Thursday Kallie and I have to present Botany Puns to the class which should be interesting.

After class I went grocery shopping with Fabris, I was in need of bread and some how ended up spending like $35, so needless to say bread is expensive :P

On the way back to Rez and exciting event occurred. I saw a moose, for the first time and it was awesome, I only wish the bus driver could have slowed down so I could get a better look at it and maybe even get a picture, but sadly that did not happen. Oh well I still got to see a moose, so be jealous.

For dinner I made perogies which were great and delicious, and then I hung around my room and went and saw a really drunk Adam who was partying with the LGs who live across the hall from him and he is the drunkest I have ever seen him, he is currently in our living room with 'outback' Dan and I think they are now both drinking and stuff, as long as they keep it quiet it's cool with me.

Oh in other news Shinerama is this weekend and there is a challenge amongst the floors of who can raise the most money in pennies and you can sabotage the other floors by giving them non-pennies and that amount gets subtracted from the penny total, and we must win!

Anyways I have a tutorial at 9:30 and I'm still not ready for bed

Monday - A day fo too much food

This morning began bright and early with my 8am plant bio lab, which was actually nice it was very chill and relaxed and good.

Then after returning to Rez Kallie and I went on a quest for dirt for our plant specimens that we had collected from our plant Bio lab. Though the soil was pretty shitty and has serious drainage issues, but I hope that it will work. After that I managed to be productive and get some notes and reading done. Then I had genetics which was a bore fest and ecology was alright. Then a short break followed by a genetics tutorial where I got an assignment which I am not pleased about, but that's life. Then I had math with Kevin Keen, which was kinda shitty but in a way amusing, he is a strange man and he was wearing a figure skating jacket today as opposed to a suit.

By this time I was STARVING and i was all ready to make dinner but I was pleasantly surprised that fabris made extra food and let me eat it. Also Emily stopped by for a visit which was nice and she brought gummy worms and tea, which was super nice of her.

The rest of my day was spent eating shitty food, I ate gummy worms and then Cassandra brought fabris late birthday cookies so I ate those, and then I was starting to feel sick, so then I went to the gym with Kallie and Fabris which was nice. now we are all being lazy and we made sundaes and invited people over to join us but only three people showed up but we got most of the ice cream eaten. And now we are watching the Nanny Diaries and I'm feeling kinda lonely, I kinda want a really super awesomely long hug, but I can live without one.

Sunday - A Very very Lazy Day

So before I begin today i must mention last night.

Fabris and Morganne came home just before 12, and Fabris had already thrown up before getting home. Then we wished her a happy birthday and she was off to bed. I also found out that Kallie had thrown up on ryans bed and was passed out down at their place, and that apparently she was safe, so I was now able to goto sleep.

And it was an awful sleep, at like 3 fabris phone was ringing
Then at 6:58 Kallie sent me a text
then at 7:12 an alarm went off on fabris' phone that played the entire don't stop believing, Glee version and I thought it was going to stop, but then it started all over again, then I was fed up and I went and shut it off.
Then I crawled back in bed and fabris' phone went off a few more times.

All of this resulted in a horrible sleep, which meant I was going to have a lazy lazy day, I contemplated just staying in my jammies but I showered and got dressed just incase I needed to go out at any point in time.

Kallie cam home late afternoon and I made pancake in honour of fabris' birthday and then Kallie went out and managed to get us all booster juice which was amazing and we sat around an watched a movie called See Jane Date, which was a very predictable romantic comedy, but it was alright I guess.

After that we went to speed meeting and mocktails which was kind of boring and I was glad for it to be over, it was way better last year when there was Pizza.

After that we cam back to Rez and Kallie and I watched the movie Valentines Day, not the horror movie. And it was kinda cute, but it had some sad moments. During the movie I ate some foods and Im actually still hungry because I didn;t really eat dinner. I`m not very motivated to cook, and it may have something to do with the fact that I feel like I`m living in Chaos, I just feel like nothing has a place and that things are always a mess, and well I guess I`ll just have to learn to deal.

Also I`m still very much missing Erica, we tried to contact her again today with little luck. I hope we see her soon, though Kallie thinks that she`s not coming back which would really really suck. I don`t want her to be gone.

Anyways I have an 8am Lab and I need some rest

Firstly Sorry to Cam and Fabris for not attending your duo birthday bash, but I think I would have been a buzz kill, so it's better that I stayed home, I'm sure there will be many more parties in the near and distant future.

Now that I've said my apologies, I can sum up my day which shouldn't take too long.

I've now been in Rez for a week and I feel like it's been longer, which isn't surprising. There is still no word from Erica, and I'm still concerned, it may have been part of the reason I stayed in tonight. It's like I don't want her to be missing out and so I feel kinda bad when I do things without her being apart of the fun. I hope we hear from her soon and that she's okay. And Erica if you read this I want you to know I'm here to talk and I will be here all year and for years after that if you need me, just let me know <3

This morning I was once again awake at 7am which sucked, because it's Saturday and that just shouldn't happen, I tried to go back to bed and gave up around 10.

Then I went to the mall with Liz Fabris Kallie and Morganne and I bought nothing of interest other than some ingredients to make a test batch of white chocolate brownies, which I started making as soon as we got home and they turned out very very well.

The original plan for the day was to go down to Cam and Ryan's place at like 4ish for a potluck and then stay down there for some good times, but KAllie was the only one who went down at that time, the rest of us were going to go down at 5 and then kallie told us not to come till 7, and the 7 became 8 and at this point I didn't want to really go out any more, I was tired and kinda down and our place was and still kinda is a mess. Like I know we were having fun, but I hate leaving the place in a mess and it has been a mess for a few days now, I cleaned some stuff up but I couldn't vacuum, because it was lateish and I didn't wanna bother the people around our room with our loud vacuum, so I will hold off doing that till tomorrow.

I now plan on cleaning my room and downloading some music and I guess going to bed.

Being alone, is kinda making me feel homesick and I don't like it..

Backyard BBQ - Sept 10 2010

So last night, I may have been on the phone for just over 4 hours , so I didn't exactly get a good nights sleep considering I randomly woke up at 7:30. But it was well worth it :)

An exciting event that occurred this morning is that Chanel finally got her student loan!!! Which was awesome. Also Edna stopped by to get somethings for ERica so we at least know that she is alive and somewhat well. Also I sold back the wrong edition of my math text that I had bought and I bought the right one. Also I went and paid all my fees for this semester. Also I killed time before class and got very angry attempting to get my genetics notes off of the student drive, that was rather unsuccessful.

Then i went to class, and following that I got a free veggies dog, because today was the day of the backyard BBQ. then I had to kill more time before going to my horrible stats class, but I made it through and met up with a bunch of people who were playing kings cup before we all went down to watch the concerts that were occuring. The first guy was this guy named Daniel Wesley and you know what, he was alright, he had talent. Following him, besides some rain and extreme cold was Bedouin Soundclash and that was good times, I got some awesome photos, my friends went crowd surfing, I got to go back to my old days, you know when I used to goto concerts and mosh. The only downside was that I was an idiot and I wore flip flops so my feet got basically crushed, but I dont think anything broke so i should be fine.

After the concerts which finished very early we went back to our room and had a mini ice cream party, which consisted of a 4 Liter tub of ice cream and a few spoons, it was awesome, there may have also been some drinking and singing and couch dancing. then we got bored kinda, so Outback Dan invite us to his room to play beer pong and as some may remember from lastt year I'm not so good at beer poing and outback Dan was really drunk, so guess who was on a team together.... OUtback Dan and I, and we were team awesome and we had an awesome team photo where we both look really wasted but only he was, I'm surprised he did't fall over while the photo was being taken...

Anywways we played against kallie and ryan and saldy we lost. Then his roommate Forest came home and was being rather annoying and he threw beer can at outback Dan which resulted in me getting covered in beer. Then this escalated to a full on beer can war, which ended in us wanting pizza. So we were trying to guess what the domanos number was and we failed. But then my Dan, being awesome googled the number for me and sent it to me via text and we were able to order a pizza and it was delicious, it had chicken and feta and mushrooms and it was sooo good and so fresh and soooo needed.

After the pizza arrived Kallie grabbed some and left, and so did fabris which left me and Outback Dan and Adam in Outback Dan's room just sitting around a pizza box chilling and talking which was cool.

Oh i forgot to mention that Adam and OUtback Dan went with me to get the pizza and I was glad because there were these two total creeps who were also waiting for pizza and I don't wish to know what would have happened if I had been alone out there, so Thanks guys

Anyways I'm tired, I wanna sleep, I need to get in my jammies and curl up in bed so.....

Where's Waldo?.... I mean Erica

The main concern of Today has been Where is ERICA?
She has been gone since yesterday morning, she wasn't feeling well so she stayed down at her moms hotel and now we cant get ahold of her. her cell is dead and we can't get through to the room she's in at the hotel. We are concerned and we want to hear from her to at least know that she is alive.

Today I think I did mainly nothing

Oh and Fabris and I tried to donate blood today but we didn't have appointments so we couldn't get in, but we booked appointment for the 23, so i get to donate blood then, yay!!!!

First Day of Classes

Today was the first day of classes, and I didn't have class until one thirty which was kinda nice except I woke up at 7, and couldn't get back to sleep. It was kinda shitty especially since I haven't been feeling well. I eventually gave up and was out of bed by 10am, and I showered and got dressed and had some toast which I made in our new toaster which is named Boris, and he is so powerful, he kinda burnt my toast a little bit, but that's okay.

I then went down to the school to buy a Math textbook which I have now found out is the wrong edition, luckily the girl who sold it to me will buy it back if I can't use it, which is nice of her. I also learned how ridiculously expensive textbooks can be, I'm still hoping that I can buy some used from other people.

Then I went to attend my first class which was Bio 210 aka Genetics, and it was alright we were in class for 20 minutes, and I've started reading the textbook which seems kinda interesting. It was also a crazy full class, i just hope I can manage to get a seat in every class. After that we had Ecology and by we I mean Kallie, Ryan, Mark, and many more people who we know and it was a very long lecture and all we did was go over the outline, luckily i think the class will become more interesting. then I had a two hour break.

I was in desperate need of food so I ate my leftovers from red robbin finally. then I started reading my genetics book, which I am sharing with kallie, and i was also taking notes, I feel like this semester is going to be quite hard, but I'll survive it.

The I had my basic Stats class , which was kinda very boring, but i think I can make it through that, it will be torture but I can do it :).


After stats I continued with my genetic notes, and then I had dinner consisting of broccoli slaw salad ans cheesey baked tomatoes, it was delicious.

I then found out that Erica is really not feeling well, she never came back to Rez, I think she is spending the night at her moms hotel and I hope that she will be okay. i wonder if she is having the same sick feelings as me. i will have to find out she's feeling tomorrow.


then people were jealous, we had some guests over which was nice and then Kallie was stressing so she went to down to S205 to play beer pong and I just got back from there and she it quite drunk, I hope she feels okay in the morning, or class will not be good times for her. now I think I'm going to go to bed and rest up for O chem and Plant Bio, not to mention dealing with some financial stuff, stupid student loans.

Orientation Day

This morning was once again and early morning, because I was volunteering at the orientation. I was an assistant at playfair which is basically a huge ice breaker game where you get to make a fool of yourself, it was alot of fun and I met alot of people, but I don't think I will remember any of their names.

A sad thing about this morning though was that I was awoken early this morning with stomach pain and it has bee coming and going throughout the day and it is not good times, I'm hoping it will go away soon, I'd rather not be feeling like this in class tomorrow, that would be unpleasant.

Other than the orientation, I also bought a textbook and I went to another free BBQ, which was nice and delicious, but after I had to go lye down because I was feeling so not well. I seem to have bad luck with not being healthy when I'm at school. I hope this will not be a trend as it was last year.

Also my student loan was supposed to be deposited today and it hasn't been so I owe the school a bunch of money, which is so very fun :( I hope it's deposited tomorrow. or else Chanel might have to get angry.

Another exciting thing that happened was that we bought an awesome 3 piece section for our dorm room at the salvation army and it was only $100 which was sweet, it has alot of character :)

I'm still feeling homesick and being sick doesn't help that feeling, But life goes on, I just have to make it to the weekend

The Third Night - Party at Shane Lake minus Myself

So today I once again had to wake up early because i volunteered to give campus tours this morning and we had to be at the school and quarter to 9, which sucks when you are up late the night before.

Erica and I did the tours together and at first there were not many people so our first tour group consisted of 2 people, which means they got some awesome one on one attention, and because they were both science kids I was able to give them extra tid bits of information, which I hope they found to be helpful. I also told them That I was willing to give them a good deal on some textbooks, which is sweet for me and for them. The second tour group we had, consisted of four people, and we still did the awesomely in depth tour that we gave to the smaller groups, overall we gave tours for about 3 hours.

Once the tours were completed, Kallie, Erica, Fabris and I were going to take Edna out to lunch because she is soo awesome. We went to the buffet and pizza hut, and I should not be allowed into buffets because I end up eating until I feel sick, which is not so much fun.. and it was by this time that I realized how tired I actually was and I didn't want to bother wasting my time trying to nap, so I just kept on trucking along.

I ended up collapsing boxes, because apparently people can't do this themselves and they need someone else to do it for them.

Then Fabris and I went to Tara's room in Keyoh to meet up before the Barbecue that was this evening, and it was a sweet barbecue, they had fruit and veggies and salads, and they also had dessert type items like creamsicles, they were so good :) I had more than my fair share. then during the Barbecue fabris kinda sorta ditched me, and I went back to Rez with tara and her roommates. Then I just chilled in my room waiting for erica to return from her shopping adventures with Edna.

It was also decided that tonight there were be a party and Shane lake, and I kinda feel like I'm the ONLY person not going. But I didn't want to go because of how tired I am, and not to mention sore. I have not been sleeping well in REZ, i hurt my neck the first night here and it just wont get better. Anyways Im tired and need sleep so I should at least get ready for bed, and hopefully I will have enough energy in the morning to be and Awesome Volunteer at the Playfair for orientation.

Tres Amigos are Reunited.

Today was a day to be remembered, the day the three amigos were reunited after 4 months of separation.


The day started out with me waking up early and attempting to get my bus sticker, which I couldn't get yet because I haven't paid my fees yet, which sucks. But the buses don't run tomorrow so it's cool. The rest of my day was spent wandering around rez introducing myself to people, showing people where to go and assisting in the move in process.

Kallie and I also got to issue tickets to people in hopes of raising money for Rez life, and we were rather unsuccessful and just ended up looking like fools. But that is something that we are used to so, it was all good.

After many hours waiting for Erica to arrive, she arrived and it was an exciting moment that consisted of her jumping out of her moms car and running up the hill as I ran down the hill and we had an awesome hug and then I was reminded of how much taller she is than me :P
man I missed that girl. I'm so glad that she is back.

Once she arrived we went to the orientation meeting and got our free swag consisting of a t-shirt and hoodie. Then upon returning to Rez, Kallie informed me that she was going to surprise Erica. When Erica opened her door, Kallie popped out from behind her desk and scared the carp out of Erica, She almost peed :P Good Times.

Edna brought us Pizza for dinner which was awesome and then we had to move in all of Ericas stuff into the Room which was a quick process, followed by the first of many mandatory Rez meetings which began with this video :

So now our floor knows that we are fools. Following the meeting we returned to Rez and then took a trip to the Liquor store which was sketchy, and we returned only to have many guest show up at our room.
They came in waves,
the first wave had brownies,
the second wave was people we kinda knew,
Then people just drifted in and out and eventually we had 15 people in our room and the RA stopped by because we were being too loud, and Fabris kinda had to keep reminding us to be quiet because she got the Green RA position, which was kinda annoying, bu I get why it had to be done.

I met many new people today and kept busy, but the best thing about the Day was the Tres Amigos Reuniting :P

Back at UNBC

So today was my first official day returning to UNBC
I arrived yesterday and did get some of my stuff into rez, but I didn't start to get settled and get my stuff out of storage until to day.

Something different about this year is that my dad and Oliver didn't bring me up. My mom and mike did and that was a different experience for me. When I came up with my dad I was more relaxed, still nervous, but less anxious than I was when I moved in this year. This is odd considering last year I knew no one and this year I know many people and this year I chose my roommates so things should be better.

My mom and mike are leaving early tomorrow so I have already said my goodbyes and I wont see them until christmas, which is okay. Time will go by quickly.

A rather interesting parallel between this year and last year is that I hit it off with someone right before I left for UNBC, and it gets a little weirder, last year it was Danny, and for those who don't know we broke up months ago but are still friends, and this year it's a guy named Dan which is a weird coincidence.

I guess the whole point of me writing is to sum up my day, which consisted if unpacking, shopping, organizing..... and repeat. I'm still not all set up and good to go, but I'm getting closer.

Katy and Kallie were both already here when I moved in and Erica will be here tomorrow and I am SOOO stoked to see her, it's been almost 4 months, which is a long time considering I had seen both Katy and Kallie at least once in the summer.

Our room is still kinda a giant unorganized mess, but it will be better when all four of us are together in the room and we can sort things out better than they are now.

Oh I did do something besides unpacking and such things mentioned above.
Kallie, Katy and I hopped on the bus and attempted to go to Nelson's place to hang out, little did we know we had the wrong address and took the wrong bus and ended up in the completely wrong place for us to be, so rather than turning around right away we went and pigged out at Red Robin which now that I think about it was probably a poor decision. Now we are all back in our room and Katy's friend Dan is here, and I think we're all having a sleep over which could be interesting.

Time to make my bed, so I have something to sleep in.
