This Blog will continue when I go back to school which will be in September 2010.
I'm home now, and I don't see the point in blogging about university life when I'm not in university for the summer.
Just a few Last words before I bid this blog farewell for a few months.
My first year of university was all in all a good experience, I learned alot, and some of the things I learned we outside the class room setting. One of the most interesting things that I learned is that you can make REALLY good friends quickly, I think as you get older you make friends quicker, or at least that's what I did. In my 8 months away at school, I did miss home and I am glad to be back, but I miss my PG friends, not so much the town of PG because I have not the biggest fan of that place, but I will be missing my PG family all summer, but I will see them in september if not sooner. Well I could probably write forever, but I'd rather not as I am in the midst of unpacking my things and cleaning my room which is a longgg task that I am not really enjoying hence why I am procrastinating by writing this

200 Posts, a Good time to end the year!
So Today I put my stuff in storage, packed up alot, wrote my last exam, cleaned up my room, and so much more.
Tonight is also the night I drank the most I have at University, maybe around 7ish shots, but sadly my tummy was hurting from lack of food and I had to stop drinking
Tonight everyone went out to Shane Lake and I had never been there before, and it was a long muddy, stumbly walk out there and when I got out there is when my stomach really started hurting, so all I wanted to do was go home, but I didn't know the way back so I couldn't leave, people were playing with fire and eventually a couch got thrown into the fire, and the fire got huge, like crazy huge.
Eventually Emily and Parm were leaving and Liz wanted to leave so I left too, and we eventually got back, though I am now super muddy, and tired and i think people wanna stay up all night which should be interesting
Tomorrow I have to clean, pack up the car and go home which is a lot but it hopefully wont take long.
Anyways I think I may get a head start on the kitchen

4/5 Finals Done!
This morning I had my math exam at 9am, and it was easy, we were actually given answers, i was done in 30minutes and after I reviewed it, I was out in under an hour.
Then I don't even know what I did, I packed and rested and went outside in the sunshine and basically I spent my day killing time, and waiting for my daddy to be in town
Though he took a 5 1/2 hour detour
But he is now in town and I will see him and Oliver in the Morning
One more Final to go, then Home on Wednesday!

Started to Really Pack Up Today
This morning i woke up and called my daddy to askith him about space bags, I alled his cell 3 times, only to discover that he was on facebook, so I called the house and he answered
After speaking with my Father Edna, Erica, Kallie, Katie, Fabris and I went out to breakfast at DeDutch, where I had never been, and it was deliciously delicious :)
After this we went to Walmart and Kallie used her sweet talkin skills to get the cashier to go and get me some boxes.
After walmart I returned to Rez and did some laundry and put notes in my math textbook for my midterm tomorrow. Then the packing began and man do i have alot of stuff, but I feel good knowing that some of it is packed
Today we watched good hair which was an excellent documentary and it was quite funny

Chanel is a Tired Kid
Today is April 17th so.....
HAPPY BIRTHDAY DANNY!
My staying up too late last night, was with me all day today i was tired and groggy and just well not feeling 100%
It didn't help that this morning I did not sleep in that late considering the time that I woke up at. This morning Erica, Kallie, Fabris and I went down town to this cosignment shop on third and got to look at cool things and Chanel bought a pair of shorts which may have been a bad idea, but I dunno.
After this we decided that it would be a good time for us to go fake grad dress shopping so we did that and in the First store, they were busy and we ended up leaving ebfore Fabris and I had time to try on any dresses. Then we went to another store and I found a dress that I wish I had found last year for my grad, it was bright orange and backless and it had a train and it was just pretty.
Then we went to lunch and the cafe in books and co, and I had nachos that were amazing and cheesey, but I should have got the half order because it was way too much food.
After this Kallie caught the bus up to the Uni and she was whistled at by some gross guys in a truck when she was crossing the street.
Erica Fabris and I went into another thriftesk shop and we looked around and bought some random crap, which was fun, then we went to liquidation world to kill time, and in liquidation world a strange man approached us and asked us if we wanted to see him try on pants and then maybe hangout after and we had to obviously decline the offer, and he seemed rather displeased.
Oh before we went to liquidation world, we went to the bank and Chanel has less money that she thought she had and when she was taking money out of the atm her 20 came out and another 20 got stuuck and I kinda hoped I could get it out and have an extra 20, but I only got 1/2 a 20 cause it ripped so I went to the teller and explain what happened and told them that I had got my money so it was fine.
After the long ride up to the University Chanel Needed to lye down because she was not feeling we, but that failed as people were loud and she just couldn't get any rest
Then came dinner
followed by a DQ run
Followed by compiling a birthday gift for Mark
Followed by having Mark come over and getting his gift
Followed by watching the 11th hour
Followed by watching our video that is on the UNBC website and on youtube :)
Followed by some chilling out
Followed by me discovering that my room is a disaster zone, but it is too late for me to fix it
Followed by writing in my blog before going to bed cause I have to get up early in the morning to go out to breakfast with Kallie, Katie, Erica, Edna and Fabris :)
Once again, even though it's now past his Birthday, Happy Birthday Danny!
I know that it could have been better, but I hope you still had fun <3

Don't Stab it, Flash it!
Today I had nothing todo on my todo list FYI Though this post is written on the 17th, I am writing about the 16th because I just got in.
today was another beautiful day in PG, it was 18 outside which is crazy
We hung out outside and then
kallie, Erica, Katie, Emily, fabris and I went to rainbow park which is located just off of 5th and they have a sweet playground
We were there for awhile but then we went to MrG's for some excellent munchables, I had I had this thing that I had never heard of called a screamer, which is basically a slurpee with soft serve ice cream and it is sooo good :)
We went back to the park and played and then at 4 we came back to the university and I was tired, but I did not nap, i did however eat a small dinner and lay about doing I'm not exactly sure what
We were going to goto Shane Lake but that did not happen however we did watch a documentary called the Union which was somewhat interesting and quite well done.
The People and people being me kallie erica and fabris drank a little, well actually I drank before the documentary, which just made me more tired :(
Anywways much drinking and everyone was drunk except me as per usual, though I did drink, we went on walking adventure where many funny this were said and Kallie had a tree Friend Named Jared, and we ran into Mark and he found everyone to be amusing and we discovered thanks to Kallie that when it comes to life, don't stab it, flash it, this was based on a peace sign thing/greeting
Ohh Also at exactly midnight we phoned Danny to wish Him a Happy Birthday over the phone and we sang to him, then I texted him, this was done before the drinking had occured, well at least the drinking done by other people.
So HAPPY BIRTHDAY DANNY!

A day Of SUNSHINE
Today made me wish it was summer
Once again it was a beautiful day, except today I had almost noting to do which made it that much better.
We delivered a movie that was made for natalie and cassandra yesterday and they loved it!!!! It was pretty amazing I must admit.
Fabris and Erica and I went to College heights and went to starbucks and I got a free drink as well as the one I had ordered :) Then we went and rented 4 documentaries:
Good Hair
American Cannibal
The Union
The 11th Hour
After that we had time to kill so we went to the dollar store and bought some random things like quirt guns and cool pencils that were hand selected by Erica.
the we ambushed people with our squirt guns when we returned to the school and it was awesome, we spent lots of time outside and I even got some tan lines, lol
The only thing on my Todo List for the day was to goto my Physics SI which I did and AFterwards Fabris and I went on A secret mission.
the secret mission continued when we got home and then I made Tuna casserole for dinner... it was delicious
i spoke to the Fabulous Miss Swope today and she has become and accidental redhead, lol :) <3
This eveing Erica, katie, kallie, Liz fabris and I wanted the documentary American Cannibal and it was not so good :(
Then I showered and spoke to Danny briefly, but he was a tired bear and wanted to goto sleep, so Now I finish my blog in the usual way,
But,

Bio is done
3/5 exams are complete and my next one isn't until monday :)
This morning I slept in and decided that i would start studying at noon and I did :)
I even studied outside with Kallie and Erica and Ryan because it was such a beautiful day :)
I also got a package today from Danny and I now have an army of sharpies and an army of olympic mascots :) and more chocolate than I know what to with, but I guess I'm supposed to share it, teehee
I studied lots today and at 6 I had to write my Bio exam and I think it went quite well, though I am still pissed that my lab mark isn't up yet and also kinda pissed because I didn't get the PLTL job :(
After my exam I helped Fabris and Erica with a video that they are making for Natalie and Cassandra and it should be a good video :)

Glee is Back!!!
Today I had my ethno exam at 9am and I was done by 10am and i think it went okay, however I got my giant paper back and I was pissed, I did horribly on it, like worse than on the first one and I worked so much harder and I thought that it was better but I guess I thought wrong which is sad because now I don't know how well I will do in the class overall because that paper was worth 25% of my grade.
After My ethno exam I killed time before going to college height with fabris, kallie and erica to get delicious blizzard treats and they were awesome and we accomplished this in half an hour and I returned to study bio but I was tired and not focused so I tried to take a nap, but as well all no that didn't go well, and i ended up just wasting 3 hours.
Then i awoke and made dinner and then studied more Biology, and watched 10 things I hate about you, and studied and waited for glee to come on
and it DID come on and it was AMAZINGLY AWESOME, and I am so glad that its back :D:D:D:D:D:D
I am even more glad that I go home in 8 sleeps and that a week from today i get ti watch Glee again.

I Hate Night Exams
This morning I woken up several times
Once at 1am, for no apparent reason, I was just awake.
Again at 7:30am, because I forgot to turn off my alarm off, stupid me
And again at 8:30am, because the fire alarm went off
Then A few more times before i decided that the gods didn't want me to sleep
Then I was unsure as to what i should do with my day, because i didn't want to look of chem and freak out, but i didn't want to study another subject because i worried it would push the chemistry out of my head. SO I basically just killed time and studied a bit of ethno and umm didn't really do much to be honest
I kinda started going crazy, and then i watched an episode of Glee with Erica right before my Chem Exam :)
Then i had my chem exam and it was jam packed, and it was kinda hard but not too bad and I am glad its over
When I got back I got my mail which consisted of some "eye candy" sent to me from Danny, lol and then Kallie and I had a Cheesey Snack, and it was delicious.
Then I began cleaning the oven, and it's still cleaning and I am umm well not doing much.
Night!

Sunday - Lats Day Before Exams Start
This morning I woke up, and my throat felt like death, which was no fun
I didn't even eat breakfast, just lots of tea, which has a downside, I have to Pee all the time.
Erica came home at one and I had lunch consisting of homemade mac and cheese, because she had never had it before, and she really liked it :)
I got a fair bit of studying done, but more could have been done
Tonight for dinner I had free pizza and I may have taken 12 pieces :), however I only ate 4 so I still have 8 left.
I also started to pack up some stuff in my room, which consisted of mainly taking things off my walls
I feel frustrated.....
I watched an episode of Glee, with Erica and Kallie, and Glee was amazing and I can't wait for it to be back on :D

Final Rez Challenge - The Biggest Injustice
The final Rez Challenge was today and at First I was excited
Then we find out that it's 3rd Floor Neyoh Vs All of Keyoh which is the Biggest bullshit ever. Just because we can actually get people out from our floor, we get a disadvantage from it. not only that our floor had more people show up than all of Keyoh and rather than being rewarded we are penalized for it.
We had to break up teams and there were two games played and one team won each round so there was a tie breaker.....And we lost and I was FUCKING pissed and I still am
Afterwards they raffled off a bunch of stuff, wanna know what I got... a 5 dollar gift card to starbucks...Ohhh yay.. not I dont care about a stupid strabucks card.
After there was a Rez BBQ which I didn't go to I went to my room because I was pissed
Kallie was concerned and the Katy, Erica and her brought me back a veggie burger and it was good :)
Then I got a horrible headache so I didn't goto the concert which I kinda regret but it would have made my headache worse so I think in the long run it was a good choice but right now I feel bad for not going especially because I heard it was good.
Sydney straightened my hair today, it was something she always wanted to do and she leaves the 14th so I figured Now is better than never

LAST DAY OF CLASSES
Today was the last day of classes for my first year of classes and may i just say "woah that was fast".
I go home in 11 days and I have 5 exams between now and then, 3 of then are in this upcoming week and I am nervous about them, but I am also super excited to go home :D
Today my classes we boring and slow, but then I got to have fun at the Final affair.
Kallie and I did the "Iron man" and she did one but she cheated so i think I win my default.

Pet a Puppy Day!!!!!!!
So Today was Pet a Puppy day!!!!
Enthno was good, we handed in our craft projects and got back our group presentation mark, and we or should I say I got 98%, Boo-Yah
After ethno I killed time until my PLTL interview which went well I guess, I think my answers were good and I should hear back from them sometime next week.

The Puppies were late, but then one puppy showed up and then two and in the end there were 4, there was a collie, a retriever, a German Shepard and an actually puppy of the mixed variety. They were cute and shedding quite terribly, but I was in my element, I miss my pets so much, they make me happier, and I played with the puppies for an hour but it was so cold that I thought my fingers were gunna fall off.
After Puppies I did a small amount of ethno studying, and then went to my Physics SI and that was normal, returned to REz to Have breakfast for dinner which was good, though kalli didn't come, ad I understand why she didn't but I wish she would have been there and I hope she starts feeling better and that things start going better for her. *hugs for Kallie*
After Dinner Erica and I chatted for quite some time and I am now in the process of doing laundry which will hopefully be done soon, then I can clean up a bit and goto bed, yay!

Enthno was good, we handed in our craft projects and got back our group presentation mark, and we or should I say I got 98%, Boo-Yah
After ethno I killed time until my PLTL interview which went well I guess, I think my answers were good and I should hear back from them sometime next week.
After my interview which was epically long by the way, I returned to Rez to await the Puppies arrival...

Tuesday April 6th
To be written later...
It's later, sorry that I did not write this last night but I did not get home until about 4am, and I do have morning classes.
So before I get to why I got home at 4am, I guess I should tell you about my yesterday
In morning I awoke for ethno, and went and we finished up the group presentations early, then I went to go hand in my bio paper and it was a relief to get it out of my hands.
People seemed to like my straight hair.
I posted pictures on facebook.
There was a trip down to college heights and I returned a movie and Kallie and I got DQ and Erica and Fabris went grocery shopping, Kallie and I caught the 17miunte bus which was kinda nice. FYI the DQ was bought with a gift card that I had received from Kallie's mother.
After this I knitted and got a little frustrated with certain people...
I ended up becoming a prisoner in my own room but I wont go into details.
Whist I was a prisoner, Kallie and Erica were at a Soccer game, and at this game Kallie hurt her ankle two minutes into the game and was driven up to REz from the sports center.
I was concerned, as was everyone else. We had a turkey dinner that Fabris had brought up from vancouver with her after easter, then we were going to watch Food Inc and while watching food inc, Kallie was concerned that her ankle might be broken so we went to the Emergency Room. Kayla gave Kallie and I a ride down and we got there around 11:30, if not a little earlier.
Kallie got registered and we waited and waited
There were few criminals in the ER, in hand and foot cuffs so that was fun, there were also some rough looking people and many small children who's parents were probably scared that their cough was something worse.
We waited, 2 hours pass and we are still waiting and we figure that we have waited too long to go back to Rez and just sleep so we wait
and wait
and wait
Finally Kallie gets called in and we think things will start moving quicker. She gets and examination by a medical student, and then we are back to waiting next to a person with some contagious disease, so it was good times, Kallie was frustrated with how long it was taking and to be honest I was still content,
we're still waiting, a doctor walks by and asks if kallie had gotten her X ray yet and we looked at her with confusion because clearly the answer was no
We waited
and waited
some guy comes out to take Kallie to get her ankle X rayed, that took like less than 5 minutes probably, then we are back to waiting unitl they can look at the X ray, so yay for more waiting
Both Kallie and I were attempting to sleep in uncomfortable hospital chairs and I was starting to feel sick, which is not good.
Finally the doctors come over with "good news" it's not broken just sprained, and they gave kallie a tensor bandage and told her to take tylenol and Ibuprofen, and that was basically all they did, when this happened it was a little after 3:30am.
So kallie is pissed and in pain and tired and I am tired as well, so she phones her mom and I call a cab, and when the cab shows up the driver is smoking and on the window of his cab there is a no smoking sigh so that was confusing
This was a weird Cabby by the way, he told Kallie that he could fix her ankle, she just had to give it to him and it would only hurt for a second, and then he made awkward jokes and such the entire way up to the University and I was glad to be outta that cab, so very glad.
Then we got up the elevator to 3rd and part ways
I try an go to bed, but by the time I'm in bed it's after 4am
Then I can't fall asleep
Then I get a text at 7:45ish in the morning that wakes me up and I know that I can't goto class so I text Kallie and let her know and stuff like that and I planned on going back to bed but for some reason emily's radio in her room was on and it was loud and i don't know why it was on considering she wasn;t home when I got home, earlier, but now all of a sudden she was, anyways eventually the music stopped and I think this will continue when I write in my blog tonight, I don't wanna get ahead of myself.

The weekend is now over
Today was the final day of the long weekend and in honour of that I did not set and alarm but for no apparent reason I was awake at 7 and then i had to fall back asleep and I was up again at like 9, apparently i am not allowed to sleep in.
Today i did some homework and organization type stuff, though i didnt manage to clean my room :(
and I felt like I was going stir crazy again so i went to the gym for a bit, which was nice and I shall try and go more often, before I go home
Tonight Erica returned and she was back when i got back from the gym :)
We shared stories of our weekend and may have done some shenanigans that may have involved a boob and some pictures and a knife ect
then we could not decide what to do and somehow erica ended up straightening my hair which is quite long by the way, like boob length, lol and I must keep it straight for as long as possible apparently because it looks good
I also apparently ahve to wear a hot outfit for tomorrow, which erica and Kallie picked out :)
Anyways there was much laughing about nothingness and Erica laughed too hard and dropped her frosty

This weekend is longg
I feel like this is a never ending weekend
This morning I woke up, and Kallie and I went about collecting waffle ingredients, then Cassandra, Natalie and Jenna came up to third floor and we all ate amazing waffles with strawberry sauce and whipped cream it was sooo good.
Kallie's mom also left an easter gift for me :) It was so nice of her.
After waffles and many dishes Kallie and I separated and decided to go take naps, but mine failed as usual, I got so many text messages and I just couldn't get any rest
Once up from my nap I went for a short walk with Kallie and then began doing homework, physics and my bio lab paper, after that it was time for dinner, I had a rather strange combination of food but it was satisfying, I then made white chocolate covered grapes for dessert and they were amazing bbut I ate too many and then I basically just sat about watching tv, and lying on the futon being tired and I think I'm gunna hit the hay early

APRIL 3rd
So today was a new day and it began with a text from Kallie informing me that the smith mobile was on the premises so I had to roll outta bed and begin making myself presentable.
Funny story.
kallie's room was so gross(not because of Kallie) that her family stayed on the Futon in my room while we got ready to leave.
Funny story.
Kallie's sister Karmen was given the task of taking out the nasty garbage which leaked everywhere and was making everyone gag.
We went grocery shopping and returned and due to the leakage from the garbage, we were disgusted and wanted away from the nastiness as quickly as possible so I whipped out my keys to get into the building and then the keys..........
We go up to our rooms and unpacked groceries and returned to the smith mobile to go out for lunch, kallie's mother spoiled me today, so thank you Mrs kathy Smith. Lunch was delicious and we then went to the mall and Kallie and he sisters bought stuff but Chanel couldn't because she has no money because of her new phone :(
Then we went to winners which was fun, and the winners in pg is far smaller than any winners I have been in.
then we returned to campus where Chanel discovers that her keys have gone missing :(
I thin I left them on the counter so I goto the Library to get Jill's keys so i can get into the room, and I get in and their not there...
I am freaking out
I don't know what to do...
I look everywhere and end up paying 5 bucks to get into my room only to discover that I have 2 missed calls from UNBC security, I call the number back numerous times and it doesn't work so I go down to the security office in the school only to discover that the HAVE MY KEYS, someone had turned them in, THANKFULLY. I then wore the keys around my neck in shame.
The Kallie and I and the smiths went on an adventure with Kallie behind the wheel, to wendys which was delicious, but they ran out of baked potatoes :(
when leaving Kallie almost backed up into the drive thru sigh :D
Then we returned to rez and after some cleaning Kallie and I attended a Potluck in S110 and there was much delicious food and I ate FAR TOO much today... then we all chilled for a little too long and I manged to escape to my room where I plan on going ot be very shortly because I have a bad headache :(

THIS POST IS FOR FRIDAY APRIL 2ND
SORRY
I was sooo tired and forgot to post lat night and I have been out for most of today
Yesterday was an interesting day
It started off we some sleeping and then Kallie and I were hanging out not really knowing what to do with ourselves and we ended up separating tog o take naps...but my nap was a failure and it was not my fault it failed it was beardis from upstairs and their loud ass music and then when that stopped emily got home and assumed that she was the only one home and started BLASTING her music and I put up with it for a bit and then I stumbled outta my room and she apologized cause she didn't know I was home.
When Kallie and I reconviened, we started going a little stir crazy, we were suffering from cabin fever because we were stuck up on the hill, and we could not escape....'
We wanted food, but not pizza, and we attempted to order KFC which would of cost us like 30 bucks which is so excessive for what we would be getting, so that became a no and we still had no idea what to do... and at some point in the evening we may have decided that it was a good idea to make a video entitled "Futon Friends" and we tried to scare people and do other such things, all of which did not go so well....
Then while in Kallies room we came across and bag of water, and it was decided that it would be a good idea to poke pin holes in this bag of water and leave it in the hallway between S109 and S110... The bag was then returned so we got a BIGGER bag and did the same thing....This bag was also returned, so then we filled a pink scented garbage bag with water and left it outside of their room and when Adam retaliated he threw the bag of water at Kallie and I who were sitting in the Hallway, I claimed that adam had got my phone wet in an attempt to make him feel bad....
Adam and Ryan tricked kallie into running down the hall where Ryan attacked her with a spraybottle and she chased ryan down with a glass of water but he escaped and ened up getting adam with the water instead and she had to go back for Ryan later... which she did with a bottle of water in her back pocket and she got him good.
After all this the guys left to go on a walk so Kallie say this as the prime opportunity to set up a easter egg hunt in their room to surprise them in a good way.
After this was completed we ended up watching transformers in to the morning hours which is why I did not write this laast night because I was so tired that I just plain forgot... Oops

APRIL FOOLS
Pranking was done at 3am, so Chanel got very little sleep :(
