Canada wins gold... unfortunatley this kept Chanel away from her homework

So I had a plan
I would watch the hockey game and then work on my chem lab.
Little did I know that the game would go into overtime and take longer than expected which made me stress out a bit more about my chem paper that is due Thursday :S

During the game Katy Kallie Erica and I filled Kurts Bedroom with Balloons on behalf of his birthday..... and I pulled a face muscle blowing up small balloons

Eventually I was in the Library with Kayla and Kallie and Ryan and we were all working on our chem labs(adam was also there, this is added due to fabris being insistent) and things started off really well, but then things died out and everyone especially myself was becoming frustrated.

So I decided to return to my room and lock myself in it to try and get some work done and that kinda worked but it also kinda sucked because it may me miss going out to dinner with people for kurts birthday, though it turns out that it took way longer than they expected it to which kinda made me glad that I stayed.

My dad called me due to my facebook status stating that I chemistry so much that words cannot express and I explained why and he somewhat understood, but we couldn't talk long because I had to continue with my work and it sucked :(

I continued working on my chem laba dn got a fair bit done and then I remember that I do have to eat at somepoint, so I made chili for dinner and ate it alone :(

Then I was reminded that I also have two chem problem sets due tomorrow and I don't know how to do them, and I don't know what to do because most people haven't done them and I need them to be done because I don't wish to get zero on both of them, so I'm not sure what I am going to do about that :(

But for now I have reached the point where enough is enough because I have now successfully given myself a headache yay!!!!

Another day or work + The viewing of Shutter Island

Today I didn't want to get out of bed, but eventually I did and I made a delicious breakfast of hash browns, eggs topped with cheese.
Following that I worked on some study questions for my lab quiz on tuesday and by page 20 I decided I needed a break so I posted some pics of facebook.

Today I was also reminded why I am not a fan of group projects, and that is all I will say on that matter.

I also watched Canada win 3 golds in the Olympics today and following mens curling we went to go see shutter Island and I was expecting it to be super scary, but it wasn't it was a little creepy and confusing but I liked it, unfortunately we had to sit close to the screen which made me feel nauseous and then we ran (even though we didnt have to) to catch the bus that wasn't there yet which made me feel more nauseous :(

Upon returning home Erica kindly gave me some gravol and my stomach is settling a bit though I'm still not feeling all that well, but this shouldn't come as a surprise.

Also I tried to take a door handle but Kallie wouldn't let me :(

Now I am quite tired and since I am not feeling well either it might be an early night in for me, perhaps and shower and a phone call and then bed

Once upon a time there was a hocky game. and epic hockey game. and Canada won. And I ate free pizza. And then Katy Fabris (ond of the coolest people everrrr who i will live with next year) was nervous for the canada usa gold medal game on sunday but she has much faith in Canada.
Also I learned lots about the epicly awesome sport of curling today. I learned about the T line and the Hog line and the button and the house and the skip and the point scoring it was a very rewarding experiance to learn all of this. Then I had some randomness and did a lot of homework.
Some randos came and told us a weird story and we have all decided that Kallie will be fan of the year for the T wolves!!! woot woot!
I had lots of class today and such but you know that was about it and I had a bio quiz and stuff which was you know...I also today learned the wonders of Peanut butter and honey sandwiches.... yuuuummmmm......they rock my socks
Danny talked to tony on the phone but he didnt hear. The shining is one f-ed up movie which i will watch the rest of on another day also twins freak me out beaucoup!

So much occurred today that it will be hard to mention it all in a blog especially with me being tired.

Erica has touched on many of the things that occurred to today, there was more including over and hour long stairwell hangout.

My virtual chem lab was kinda fun and not too long

Physics SI was the physic olympics, australia vs georgia, and Georgia (aka me and Kallie and Mellissa and someone else) kicked but and won the gold and I think I was the star athlete.

After physics we decided to go on a walk to collected nature for my ethnobotany craft project and we recieved call telling us that we could participate in the bake off on first floor and we got into serious cake mode, we were so overly prepared that it was awesome and we tied for first with our safe sex cake :) we should of won first but I guess they couldn't give 1st place to someone not on their floor, the important thing is that we beat the guys in S110

Much spying and sneaking and creeping and too much cake eating took place and now I must get to sleep

Drowning in a Sea of Schoolwork....

Ethno was interesting this morning, we had a guest lecturer, and she was funny.

My physic lab was easy and I finished in all in class so all I had to do this evening was type it out, so that was at least quick.

My bio lab was semi-relaxing we got to look at flowers and various other plants, and we got back part of our biopapers and I beat the class average, but that's still not a very good mark.

After my labs I went back to my room to work on other labs and I got a bit done, but not nearly enough I have soo very much to do and so little time and it's not even easy stuff, some of it is really difficult.

I took a break to do some pranking with Katy, Kallie and Erica, Posters had been made, that said "Missing" and that the prime suspects were Adam "Fake Tourch" Townley and Ryan "Articus"Buck and we went to place them on 1st but there was some miss communication and we thought we had been seen and ended up giving our postion away and retreating to Kallie's room and Ryan and Adam wrote 'Eat it' on the wall, and shredded the posters and threw them all over the hall and being good little residents we picked up the pieces and placed them in a bad and went downstairs and dumped the bag in S110. Oh and I also discovered that I printed my physics lab on the back of one of the posters but I'm gunna hand it in anyways.

We have also created a height chart in our room and guess who is the shortest so far??? ME! and we measure peoples head and draw a stick figure portrait of that person on the poster :)

The it was Ultimate Frisbee and almost no one showed up we played 4 on 4 with one sub that rotated into both teams, but it was a lot of fun.

Back in the Swing of things...okay not really

Today was a not so good day
It all began when I was sleeping I knocked my phone off my bed and the battery got knocked out of it, so guess who's alarm didn't go off..... MINE, Luckily I awoke at 7:58, 2 minutes before I would of been awoken by the alarm of death.

Then I rushed around like a chicken with it's head cut off and still managed to get out the door and still be early for physics and speaking of physics, i got my midterm back and guess who got 90%!!!!!!

I was stoked on that but I was not stoked on my super long day of classes and SI's followed by homework and other such things and I really need to sleep tonight and shower :)

And now I'm back in PG

THis day has been a long long day that started at 6:30am when I awoke to get ready to leave to come back to PG and when I woke Up I was Very tired due to the fact that in the past two nights I've gotten maybe 10 hours of sleep total.

We were a little late getting to the airport and when i went through security I forgot to take off my belt which resulted in me getting scanned and checked like crazy, which wasn't fun, but I did get on my plane roughly on time.

Unfortunately I had a middle seat and the two women on either side of me appeared to not like life so much, so it wasn't an interesting flight.

Once the plane landed aI got my luggage quickly and hopped on the airporter to return to the school and after a long long time (almost an hour) I was back and the school and I was greeted by Kallie running and leaping out of the building to come and greet me it was a lovely welcome.

After placing my luggage in my room Kallie accompanied me to Save on So I could get groceries and it only cost me like $45, which isn't too bad, all things considered :). ONce I returned home I had lunch and I had the sudden realization that I had so much to do since I accomplished nothing school related over reading break, and I started working on my Grant purposal for Ethnobotany, which isn't as difficult as I thought it was. Though having it fit into the length requirements will be rather difficult. I continued working and then I ended up wandering around with Kallie, Katie and Lindsey, waiting for Erica and Katy to arrive home from the airport and when they returned we greeted them with open arms and glow in the dark "wacky string",

*While waiting for Katy and Erica and cab showed up and Kallie got excited and leaped with Joy towards th cab only to realize that the cab was empty and that William from s109 was waiting for it. She pranced off to hide her embarrassment*

After much sharing of stories and tales of the week spent away Kallie decided that the Prank war must begin and she lured Adam and Ryan upstairs with the promise of cookies and when they were upstairs they were distracted by our masking tape messages on the wall: "Banana" and "I <3 You" We the attacked them with "wacky string" and they were surprised, and shocked by the attack.... It was a success and the Prank wars have begun...

HOME TOMORROW!

So as you might guess I am excited to go home
As you may also guess, my day was average
As you may also guess tomorrow is going to be drag because all I'm going to think about is going home....

On a bright note, Katy Erica and I made muffins and cupcakes and they are delicious, we shared with many people and they all thought they were delicious too.

Oh and on an awesome note Cassandra and Natalie from 2nd made valentines Day cookies and gave them to lots of people and they were delicious and cute :P

Tonight was a good night, though I am jealous that Erica just left and that she'll be home in morning, but then again I will be home in the evening and I'm gunna get to see Danny at the movies and Kristy too :D Two very awesome people :)


I'll also get to see Daddy and Oliver and Daniel and maybe Matt and My Mommy and My kitties and my bed, Mayter and my house :D:D:D:D

All in all I'm excited and I still have lots of packing to do :S

One step closer to home..

I wanted my chem midterm back oh so badly and now that I have it I wish I didn't
I'm disappointed in myself, my mark was nowhere near par, but hopefully I will make up for it later.

The rest of my day was just average, I got quite a bit of work done and my to do list is basically done and I don't leave till Friday, basically there is just packing

I dont really have much else to say...

Home on Friday

Getting closer and closer to home and that's about all that's on my mind, which may be a bad thing because I do have a lot to do still before I get to go home

Oh and going home probably means a week of no blog entries.

This morning I could of sworn that it was Thursday and I was disappointed to discover that I had not one but two labs to get done today.

In ethno we got our midterms back and I got 93% so I was happy, and then after that i had to vote in the nuggs election, and obviously I voted for Jill, but she was the only person I was interested in voting for.

My Physics lab was a death and a half, we had to do a calculation that was like 2 pages long. And my bio lab was retarded, we were looking at fungi and there was no hand in assignment, the only plus was that I got out early and finished my Physics lab early,

Then I made dinner, which actually ended up making me feel sick :( and I still feel kind of sick, but I'll be in bed soon resting up for another long day tomorrow, but once tomorrow hits It'll be 3 days.

4 more days till I'm home

This morning I had my physics midterm and I felt rushed because we only had 50 minutes to do it and i did manage an answer for all the questions, and my bio quiz was also okay, I actually don't think I failed which is good.

The rest of my day was spent in math and at PLTL and doing various other homework as well as laundry.

Unfortunately I did not get my Chem Midterm back. which sucks, if we dont get them bakc next class I'm gunna be kinda pissed.

Also, today Kallie, Katy Erica and I went to some random people rooms and asked if we could see how big they were and amazingly enough people let us in to take a look. I think we have decided on S310, unfortunately this means I will have a small bedroom again

STUPID DEAR JOHN

I feel like I wasted like 3 hours of my time going to see the stupid movie Dear John.

it had no purpose, just a bunch of sad moments and a bunch pf boring moments, and I'm really quite upset that i went because now i'm freaking out because I have so much to do and I wasted a substantial period of time watching that movie.

Like that consumed most of my day and I have a midterm tomorrow and a quiz which I'm probably going to fail again and shit load of other stuff to do, not to mention I have to get ready to leave on friday and I just wish I was home right now and that school was over for the year

and I think I may actually have to do schoolwork over reading break because I have so much to do and absolutely no clue as to how I will manage to get it all done

I am really not enjoying life at this very moment in time

I HAVE YOUR BOOB

Today was a day of sleeping in and not being hot and sweaty for a long period of time.

I woke up late and I had to be at Rez Challenge at 2. So just before two we began rounding up people for the California Kickballness. We ended up with Erica, Katy, Kallie, Me, Evan, Dustin, Than, Liz, Courtaney and many more from our floor. When we got to the sports center, we were the only team there which wasn't a surprise because we were early and our floor is hard core.

Finally some other floors began to arrive, but their weren't enough of them to make teams so it ended up being 3rd floor Neyoh Vs the Rest and it did start out as even teams but as the game progressed the Rest team grew, and even some people from our floor played on the other team. The game was intense and not so friendly, there were issues with rules and oh so much more. Also there were some people on the other team who made us VERY angry. There was this one beardus who kept blocking the bases and was rather rude to everyone and I really just wanted to shoulder him. There were also a few other people on the team who liked to block bases. Oh and there was this other girl whom was the pitcher for the other team and she thought she was ALL that, and it was really annoying. At one point Evan wasn't kicking any of her pitchers because they were bouncing, and then he commented on her not so great pitches to which she responded “All my balls are great” and clearly the guys made fun of her for that line. :D The game grew intense, and it was NOT a friendly game. The RLA's were trying to make it fun, but it was vicious. In the end, at the bottom of the last period, the other team needed one out and then we would of tied the game, and as the guy on third was running into home and Evan threw the ball to me, but apparently he thought I was taller than I actually am so he hit me in the face and he got the run in and we lost. But I must point out one thing of great importance.....
IT TOOK ALL THE OTHER FLOORS COMBINED TO BEAT 3RD FLOOR NEYOH, BY ONE POINT!!!!
I should of bailed after getting hit in the face, and then maybe the play would have been redone and we would kicked some but. Oh and there was a great speech given by Evan Referencing 300, telling us that we once saw 300 spartans take on however many others and that in the future we would tell out children and our children's children about how one day we took on the rest of residence and we were victorious and Ironically the 300 spartans lost and so did we, but we fought hard and we came back with our shields.

After the Kickball, I had to go back and eat before going back to the sports center to do my mascoting. And I wasn't feeling too hot, I was still dehydrated and tired. I go to the sports center and Norma was late again and I basically killed time and as I was sitting in my costume waiting to go out. This guy whom was friends with Greg (my handler) came to the cage and said that someone was doing his job and he didn't know what he was supposed to be doing so I asked him jokingly if he wanted to be the mascot, and he jumped at the idea and said he would go get Norma, and I ended up having to go out and entertain the crowd for like 15 minutes before changing out of the costume and the other guy put on the costume and I headed back to rez to shower and Change and get ready to a fan at the guys game.

The guys game was intense, we won by one point!

After the game Katy, Kallie, Erica and I were in our room hanging out and there was some consideration into going downtown to party but it was decided that we wouldn't so instead we started coming up with a scavenger hunt for Ryan and Adam to find Their BOOB, well Randy's BOOB. We made clues and took pictures and some have been placed and the rest will be placed in the morning.

After the clues had been placed we were back in our room continuing to hang out in our room and Kayla joined us and we were casually looking out the window and we saw these guys drinking outside of their car and we were trying to figure out who they were. One was Justin who is the MC at the basketball game, the other we thought was Kevan. So we decided to test and see if it was Kevan, we opened the window and Kallie creeped to the window and we told her to disguise her voice so she shouted “KEVAN!” in a high pitched girlie voice, and then ducked and asked if he looked and he didn't, so she decided to try doing in a deeper voice, so once again “KEVAN!” but this time in a low manly voice and once again Kevan did not respond.....
So it was decided that she would do it once more so she went to the window, and shouted “KEVAN!” one last time and him and Justin both looked in our direction and we dropped to the floor and we were pissing, we couldn't stop laughing and then someone said to close the window so I did, and they noticed which window it was :S and pointed at it
The laughing continued. An Katy ran away and we thought she was running away to pee her pants, but she was actually creeping on then from my room.

We could barely breath and then they drove off and Kayla went to write on the window and then she shouted “Kevan is Back!” and we all eagerly rushed to the window all excited to see Kevan, but she lied and we all laughed so hard at our reaction :P Our Excitement was crushed.

The laughing continued and then Jill came home and told us that she could hear us from the end of the hall, and we could not stop.

Jill also found out about the BOOB and she was quite shocked and we were all rather amused by it :D

Now we are hanging out in Fabris' room with Katie, Erica and Kallie and I am attempting to access wireless to post this, but it's not working... but this will be posted.

I would also like to mention that I will be home in less than 6 days !!!!!!

1st Day as a Timberwolf and I Survived

When I awoke this morning I was tired and still slightly in a bad mood from last night mainly because of the idiots who live above us and they think it's fun to party on Thursday Nights, and then even after the music stopped last night I couldn't relax or fall asleep.

This made me very tired this morning, very tired, so tired that I don't know what we covered in any of my classes and I lied in bed for 3 hours before having to venture over to the sports center to begin my pre-mascot duties, which consists of running around doing random shit until I have to get into costume. Oh and my mascots assistant in name Greg and he's a little to shy to do what he's supposed to do, He can't really get the crowd going, hopefully he will get better.

Anyways, just before 6 I suit up and I can already feel the heat. And the Women's game began and the crowd kinda sucked, there weren't many people there which kinda sucked, because its hard to get a none existent crowd going. Kallie, Katy and Erica showed up in their green and yellow gear, and they brought me pom-poms :D which were sweet and then they left at the end of the Womens half, and it was shortly after that, that I began to not feel well, I felt dizzy and like I was going to vomit, and I ran out of the gym and didn't make it past the employees only door, I was keeled over and I thought I was going to be sick so I took off my head and then I still though I was going to be sick and Greg helped me get up and through the employees only doors, and as soon as I was through those doors I was on the ground, face down on the cement, I felt so horrible, I thought I was going to die. Greg went and got me water and I sat up and took off part of my costume and began to feel a little better. After some time of sitting down I suited up again and wen back out to the rather sucky crowd, and began to take frequent breaks to prevent myself from becoming that dehydrated again. The woman's team won and then I stripped off the costume to have a break between games.

The mens game had a bigger roudier crowd which it usually does and I continued with my frequent breaks and I avoided the urge to vomit/pass out. The mens team won too, and I was exhausted and sweaty. I drank over a liter and a half of water and I still feel dehydrated :( and super tired.

Showering was amazing, my body was so gross and sweaty and now it's all clean, btu still sore. I'm gunna be tired and sore tomorrow.

My ethno midterm went well today, the random Harry Potter references that Katy told me actually helped me remember things and I think I did well

On a sadder note, Katy and Kallie will no longer be assisting me when I'm the timberwolf because Norma(laura) hired someone who is avaliable on both days, which sucks....I hope I do a good job tomorrow night.

All in all today I didn't do much, I wrote a midterm, did a chem lab, took a nap, ate.

My computer was highjacked by Kallie, Erica and Katy and they changed my facebook status and profile picture and such and I was kicked out of my own room several times and they only just left my room to go spy in adam and ryan, because they came to get muffin pans, and they found that suuspicious....

home is becoming closer and closer and I'm very excited though I still have a lot to do before I leave.

My chem Midterm today went okay, and I hope that I did well and my other classes were just average

I also had to go and fill out the necessary mascot related paperwork, which basically just relates to me getting paid. I also got to try on the costume and man is it hot, I walked around in it for six minutes and I was sweating like crazy, I swear I'm gunna lose some water weight this weekend, hopefully I can handle the heat and keep the crowd Happy.....

I have another midterm in the morning, wish me luck :)

Very Long Day, But Edna brought CAKE AND ICE CREAM

This morning was a though one to get up for and I'm not sure why, but it was. Ethno was okay, kinda boring, just talked about native foods and such. Then I had my quick break before my labs.

I spent my break studying and eating and basically getting ready to go.

Then my physics lab came and it wasn't that bad, I almost finished it completely in the 3 hours... almost I just had a little work to do after wards, which wasn't hard.

Then I had my bio lab which was brutal, I'm really not liking the Bio at the moment, and speaking of bio, I failed my quiz :( which I am not pleased about, luckily he only takes 5/6 marks but that means I can't do poorlyy again. the bio lab was long and my lab partner Micheal and I were worried that we would not get out in time to get pizza so as soon as we were done we rushed out and went straight for pizza...and it was okay pizza, but you can't pass up free food.

I went to my room to fins Sydney, Katie, Katy, Liz and Erica and Kallie all eating their pizza and waiting for Edna to arrive, because Edna is awesome and Edna brought up dessert :D

We had cookies and cream cake and oreo ice cream :D
The we went back to get seconds on PIzza.

Lindsey and Kayla also stopped by for dessert and Lindsey gave me a copy of a chem lab that she had got ahold of and looking it over it doesn't look too bad, then I finished up my physics lab and got ready to go play Ultimate and lets just say the Ultimaters were not so Ultimate, lol we lost so then we just switched up the teams for fun and just played for the sake of playing, and I got tired and sweaty, but now that I've showered I feel better.

ANyways that about it.... I have my Chem Midterm Tomorrow so wish me Luck

Tres Amigos Triumph

Today was the usual day of monday classes, but I only had one SI rather than two
Physics was a snore fest as per usual oh but I got my assignments back and I did well :D
Chem was cool, He blew stuff up and it was LOUD!!! and then LOUDDDEEERRR!!!!!! and then LOUDERRRRRR!!!!!!!! and then we did midterm review
Biology felt really long and we didn;t get very far into the chapter

After Bio I had a quick phone call with Danny I wish it could have been longer but I had to make lunch and eat before I went to class.

Math Si was helpful, math class was not so helpful

PLTL was lonng, but it was okay I guess and I got to look forward to taco night all day

Taco night went well

The Tres Amigos dressed as the mexican flag (idea courtesy of Katy and Sydney) and we ended up winning a contest for best costume, though we did have to preform the mexican hat dance, which I now have stuck in my head, but we wont basically dinner and movie for two split three ways which is all good because the tres amigos share :)

After taco night i intended to study but instead I went to step pump with erica and then got distracted by my computer and I felt bad because Danny called when I was distracted and I think he felt ignored so I left my room and gave all my attention to him until his phone was about to die.
