A rather mixed day

I don't know if today was a good day or a bad day.

I cleaned this morning with Erica's help

I went to the sustainability work shop which was lots of fun and informative, but it was slightly longer than expected, then I came back to rez and I did some homework and then Tara came over and her and Erica and lisa convinced me to go out dinner at Moxies and it was awesome, but i broke a glass :S

And then we drove around killing time before the movie and we went to nicest porn shop I have ever been in, it's called Shagg, and it's all nice and clean and bright, and it had lots of interesting and amusing things.

Then it was time to go to london drugs and we killed the rest of our time there and we ran into liz who was working and then we went over to see DueDate and when buying my ticket, the ticket person asked me how old I was so she would know how much to charge me, and when I responded that I was 19, she seemed shocked. And I looked down at the price things I would have had to be 14 in order to get a cheaper ticket, so she thought I was 14 and i shared this news with Erica and Tara who both found it very amusing. and i had some issues getting over it, it reminded me of when i got ID'd going to see the brothers grimm, and Erica and Tara found this fact to be hilarious.

Also Side note in the Bathroom Erica found some interesting scrawling on the bathroom stall it said what the meaning of Daisy was and I will have to get the exact wording from her tomorrow and I will add that in.

I hate being stressed out

Today was a day where alot of things happened but I feel like I didn't get anything done.

This morning I had the photoshoot for the PGPIRG calendar, then it was adopt a tree day and we got to tour both green houses and we got to pick out and plant our own baby trees. I got a western red ceader, and a spruce tree and they have yet to be named, but I will get on it and then will soon have names. Katy got soo many trees, Erica got two but planted them together, and Kallie made a little eco system with a few trees and it was soo much fun. I got to see some awesome plants and it was a good time, but it was rather time consuming. After that I tried to get some studying done before Rez challenge, and it wasnt very successful, I cant seem to focus, i think being over stressed is getting to me, I feel kinda useless.

Then we went to Rez Challenge, well Kallie didnt go and Erica came for a bit and then left for soccer and I didnt even play volleyball at the rez challenge I tried to get some genetics studying and notes done and I got a bit of it done but I dont know if i retained any of the information, but at least i tried, and we came in second, which means we are now back in first please :)

After that I came back and had dinner and I was going to goto the SGU social, but i'm not going I have too much todo and even if I dont get much done tonight at least I can maybe get a good nights sleep, and get shit done tomorrow. I figure that I can at least try and get a bit done tonight. however as a little side note, Katy and Erica are bring a cardboard cut out of my face, with a speech bubble saying "Sorry I couldn't make it" and it is bordered with 15 "Green!"'s

So now I'm going to sit and drink my baileys coffee hot chocolate combination and try and get at least something productive done tonight.

UNBC Idol

So this morning I woke up with the soul purpose of checking my standing in the G4G contest, I was in 6th and I stayed in 6th until the contest ended at noon today, which means I won a gift basket and a chance at winning $1000, but the winners wont be officially announce until next friday, which kinda sucks, but I will be patient and now that I don't have that contest to worry about I can focus more on my studies.

Speaking of which I had an ecology midterm today and I think it went quite well and as for stats and genetics the lectures were boring as usual, but I suffered through them.

After stats, we got ready to goto the moose for UNBC Idol. Erica, Liz, Michael, Morganne, Katy and I all went down together and Erica and I split nachos and enjoyed the karaoke and I even did two songs, with other people, but still I got up there. Morganne, Cassandra Jenna and I did no Scrubs which is a VERY repetitive song. then later Me Kelsey Jenna Haley(I think) did hollaback girl with Cassandra and Cody Crick being back up dancers and it was alot of fun, sadly we did not make it to the finals and we left before the winners were announced, because I gotta be getting to bed, because I have a busy Day tomorrow, and I have to go and get a few things before the Calendar photoshoot. and theres also Rez Challenge that no one is really super into and I do plan on going, but I plan on being a cheerleader, because I suck at Volleyball, I dont know why they decided to do it as a challenge again, its sooo time consuming.

Anyways enough about tomorrow

Went to Lisa Garcia's for dinner with Tara Garcia and Erica and it was awesome to get off rez

Was going to goto the gym, but talked to my dad instead

ReInstituted the Double rainbow

Got Bumped to 10th in G4G

Got in my PJs

Called Dan, well about to call dan

Then Bed

Then morning and possibly gym and shower and food and ecology studying and umm yea

Hump day

Well I made it through the day with little trouble.
I got my ecology assignment back and I did quite well on that.

I worked on the next ecology assignment and my math lab was shitty as usual, and I would like to mention and in Genetics today I won.

I had been emailing him about the fact that I didn't know what to study for the midterm and he said that never gives out outlines for midterms or anything like that and today, what does he do. He tells us how we should be approaching the chapters and some main experiments that we should know and other such information, Brent Murray you should learn to never say never. So I was quite pleased with myself. and normally ecology follows gentics but Lisa is still at a conference in Vancouver so we dont have class till friday which is when we have our midterm. So then I spent 3 hours studying genetics and ecology, and it went quite well.

Then I had stats with Kevin Keen who sometimes can me quite amusing, following stats I went to the gym with Erica McLellan (apparently im into the last names), and that went well then we returned and watched survivor, which was fun and I had an apple and some cookies for a post gym snack. then I did genetics homework until the Rez Council meeting which was not very useful, but I went because I guess I should go.

Then I came back and had the intention of showering, instead I whored myself out on facebook trying to get people to like my G4G post and well so far I'm doing okay but I need to do better.

Anyways I gotta get up earlier than normal so I can shower, which is important. So I'm going to stay up a bit longer and then get my beauty sleep.

Today was an okay day,
I woke up latish, and had class at 11:30, and it went okay I was somewhat able to follow what was going on and I just need to practice Ochem and I think things will be okay.

After Ochem I came back to Rez and made flashcards for ecology, and had a wrap for lunch and then I worked on my plant bio study guide, and I did that kind of stuff until 4:30 when I had to goto plant bio, which also went well. It is a class I usually enjoy and we got out 20 minutes early.

I had dinner, did my genetics assignment and then I went to the gym at 6:30 and got back at 7:30, showered and did some knitting and I was all stoked to watch glee, only to find out that it was a rerun, but that's okay I guess, it was still good. And now once I finish writing this fabris and I are going to make oatmeal raisin cookies.

Oh and it's looking like Liz is going home next week, so I will be home far sooner than 40 days :) which would be awesome, but I'm still trying not t get my hopes up, it all depends on the weather.

Monday - 41 days till home

This morning my alarm went off and I was confused, it was still dark out, there was no light, I thought it was nighttime and that my alarm was playing a cruel joke on me, but no it was 7am and I had to get up to go to a Lab, and it could have been like 10pm when we were walking to the lab it was so dark, and then it was a slightly frustrating lab, but it was done at about 9:45ish and then I helped Cassandra Whelan with her Stats assignment, worked on Ochem and then went to bed for a bit. I also wrote a rather unpleasant email to My Genetics prof, because I was tired of him not responding. And he did respond today and if he didnt hate me before, I bet he hates me now, I guess he doesnt understand my frustration, oh well.

After all my classes, which went till 6:30 Fabris and I went grocery shopping and we missed the 16 bus and rather than wait 30 minutes we took the 15 downtown, which made our shopping trip longer, but it was okay. I spent way too much money though, but I now have food!!!

We got back at 8 and I went and got Ochem help from Cassandra and we cleaned out the fridge and did other cleaning type things, and then I went to the gym, came back, had a peanut butter and honey snack and then I took a shower. and umm yea nothing much occurred today.
